$DTSS The company has signed AI agent service deals with five customers in China. All five customers have now started using Datasea’s services. So far, the group has used about $1.10 million in services, with Beijing Judongjiujiu making up about $510,000. Datasea said that the new deals use a “recharge, consumption and service” billing model. Each customer is set to pay about $450,000 to $1.49 million per month based on use. Across all five deals, the expected monthly service level ranges from $2.24 million to $7.45 million. Still, these figures are not set revenue or a promise of future sales. Datasea’s AI tools can help companies create content, plan ad work, place ads, and review data. The company also offers software and mini-program work, video creation, and tech support. CEO said the deals mark a move from AI tools and tech work toward a model that can be used and billed in real business. He also said he plans to buy up to $1 million of DTSS stock under a Rule 10b5-1 plan.

$DTSS So Sept 16th overnight the stock rises 50% and then next morning AI contract news drop? Well if we get a filing on Monday showing CEO market buys were executed then... lol. So far insiders haven't sold a single share. Last at market buys by CEO and director was I think about 700k shares each in the 2s using own money. The big stake by insiders aligns their interest with shareholders which is a good contrast from most other penny stocks. And if they get the revenue they state in the PR it would really help valuation. Especially if it has better margin than the 30m AI contract. This is more diversified and subscription based revenue which is more valuable to investors.
