But if they use the ATM at these levels, the dilution could push the stock even lower and put them at risk of falling out of compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid requirement. On the other hand, they can’t really get the stock higher before using the ATM because there hasn’t been any meaningful positive catalyst. So what exactly is management doing? This is an extremely low-float stock. It feels like just one solid piece of news tied to actual revenue could get this thing moving. Did they seriously come back from the event empty-handed?
