At the same time, having access to new capital via a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 serves as a useful backup, and utilizing it would require the accumulated dividend payments to be settled in the coming months. This is worth noting, even though the CEO has indicated that they will likely never need to raise additional capital. Furthermore, the share price of the common stock (FBIO) is so depressed that this might also increase the likelihood of a dividend payment on the FBIOP shares in the near term.

Go away from the $FBIOP for a day or 2 and all hell breaks loose! AI hallucinations over the SEC filing? C'mon People need to learn to use AI. I spent 2 hours on it this morning on another microcap and while it saved my hours and hours of work it got things constantly wrong. I know enough to know that it was wrong but man this AI is really dangerous in the hands of people who don't know what they are doing As far as management ... I don't trust them. But I think that is less important on a preferred and especially one trading at such a discount. But I am curious
