Webull Stock Tumbles To All-Time Low — Why Is Retail Still Bullish? 

Webull’s stock slid over 3% on Friday, to clock an all-time low of $6.96 in intra-day trading. 

<ul class="summary-bullets"><li>Keefe kept a price target of $3 up from $2.50 on the stock.&nbsp;</li><li>Keefe has concerns around Bitfarms's rising leverage and elevated capex.&nbsp;</li><li>The firm said it does not expect a leasing agreement to materialize for BITF until the second half of 2026.</li></ul>Shares of Bitfarms were down more than 1% during after hours of trading on Monday after an analyst raised liquidity concerns for the firm.&nbsp;Shares in the company closed down 5.5% on Monday.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Liquidity Risks</h2>Keefe Bruyette downgraded Bitfarms to ‘Market Perform’ from ‘Outperform’ with a price target of $3, up from $2.50.&nbsp;The firm said it does not expect a leasing agreement to materialize for the company until the second half of 2026. The stock already discounts a Sharon deal, said Keefe, which also has concerns around Bitfarms's rising leverage and elevated capex.&nbsp;Keefe said it would get more constructive on the shares with greater clarity on the company's liquidity and 2026 capex.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Capital Raises</h2>Bitfarms in October had said that it has closed its offering of $588 million aggregate principal amount of 1.375% convertible senior notes due 2031. It said that Interest coupon will be payable semi-annually in arrears on January 15 and July 15 of each year, beginning on July 15, 2026.Bitfarms had also converted a private debt facility for up to $300 million from Macquarie Group’s Commodities and Global Markets business, to an up to $300 million project-specific financing facility for the development of its data center campus in Panther Creek, Pennsylvania.<h2 class="st-heading-2">AI Data Center Push</h2>Bitfarm in 2024 had entered into the definitive lease agreement and assumed control of its newest data center in Sharon, Pennsylvania, initially announced on June 13, 2024.This site represented Bitfarms’ first mega-site in the U.S. with access to up to 120 MW.&nbsp;Bitfarms has planned to wind down its Bitcoin mining operations by 2027, and its transition will begin with its 18-megawatt site in Washington State.<h2 class="st-heading-2">LatAm Exit Deal</h2>BITF earlier in the month said it has entered into a share purchase agreement to sell its 70 MW site in Paso Pe, Paraguay, to the Sympatheia Power Fund (SPF), a crypto infrastructure fund managed by Singapore-based Hawksburn Capital.The deal was valued at $30 million. Block (XYZ) announced on Wednesday that its board has approved an additional $5 billion for its existing share repurchase program ahead of its 2025 Investor Day.&nbsp;The move comes on top of a previously authorized $4 billion program, of which roughly $1.1 billion remained unspent at the end of September, the company said in its filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Block can repurchase its Class A shares either on the open market or through private transactions.<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/XYZ/">XYZ’s stock</a> rose as much as 1.8% in pre-market trade. On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around the Jack Dorsey-led enterprise trended in ‘bearish’ territory over the past day.<h2 class="st-heading-2">XYZ 2025 Investor Day</h2>At XYZ’s 2025 Investor Day, Block’s senior leadership is expected to outline full-year financial guidance for 2026 and provide a three-year outlook. The company said the expanded buyback program is a central part of that strategy, aimed at returning capital to shareholders while supporting share price stability. The event will take place at 12:00 p.m. ET.Block reported its third-quarter (Q3) earnings earlier this month, which missed analyst expectations. The company reported revenue of $6.1 billion, missing the Wall Street forecast of $6.3 billion, as per Koyfin. Adjusted earnings per share (EPS) came in at $0.54, below the consensus forecast of $0.66.<h2 class="st-heading-2">XYZ’s Outlook</h2>For 2025, the company forecasted $10.24 billion in gross profit, up 15% from 2024, and expects full-year adjusted operating income of $2.06 billion, representing a 20% margin and nearly 28% year-over-year growth. Fourth-quarter (Q4) gross profit was projected to rise 19% to $2.76 billion, with adjusted operating income of $560 million and a 20% margin.&nbsp;“This quarter, I want to outline how Square will continue to take market share by being the best platform to help sellers grow, run, and automate their businesses,” said Jack Dorsey on the earnings call. The report, however, cautioned that no final decision has been made, and Bill could ultimately choose to stay independent.The San Jose, California-based company has been under pressure from activist investor Starboard to restructure operations with an eye on profitability. After disclosing an 8.5% stake in Bill this year, the activist investor entered into a cooperation agreement with the company.
