The Precision Electronic Solutions segment is involved in the development and supply of command and control, test, and calibration systems for use in failsafe military and medical applications, development and manufacture of RADAR filters used in fighter aircraft, and provision of a signal generation platform for the defense electronics market. The Power Electronics and Displays segment is composed of Relec and Gresham Power subsidiaries, which engineer and provide mobile power electronics and display solutions that distribute and supply low voltage power. The company was founded on March 5, 1980 and is headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ.
