Coinbase Global&nbsp;(COIN)&nbsp;and Franklin Templeton&nbsp;(BEN) reportedly bought the debt instrument and paid for it with&nbsp;USD Coin (USDC), a stablecoin&nbsp;issued by Circle&nbsp;(CRCL).&nbsp;JP Morgan, who set up the deal, made an on-chain USCP token for it.
