If investors choose to convert the notes, CRISPR will settle the conversion by issuing common shares with a nominal value of CHF 0.03 ($0.039) each.CRISPR Therapeutics said it expects to allocate the net proceeds from the sale for broad corporate needs.&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/CRSP">CRISPR Therapeutics stock</a> traded over 6% lower in Tuesday’s premarket.&nbsp;On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around the stock changed to ‘bullish’ from ‘bearish’ territory the previous day.
