$GPRK GeoPark, a Colombia and Argentina oil producer, is lining up a new dollar bond sale to refinance both its bond issues: it offered $1,027.50 per $1,000 for all $441.7M of its 8.750% 2030 notes and sent a conditional call of its 2027 notes at par. That's about $538M of $634M June 30 debt, vs a ~$748M market value at $11.53 (16:00 ET Oct 15) on 64.9M shares at June 30. A ~$12M premium if all tender; a 6-K says Venezuela capex lifts leverage, so watch if the new notes top ~$538M. Tender (Oct 22, extendable) and Oct 27 call need new notes to close.
