$HOST Today’s Small Cap Stocks darling based on the below press announcement: “Host Digital also announced that it has signed a Preferential Rights Agreement with its Sponsor, which provides Host Digital with a right of first offer and a right of first refusal on qualifying data center projects held by its Sponsor. Host Digital expects to acquire from the Sponsor a second data center facility, also located in northeast Oklahoma ("Site II"). The Sponsor has signed a 12-year take-or-pay lease for Site II, with a publicly traded AI cloud provider, for approximately 20 MW of gross / 16 MW of critical IT load, representing approximately $391 million in base-term rent, or approximately $819 million over a total 22-year term assuming all renewal options are exercised, which is expected to be supported by a lease backstop from an investment-grade publicly listed U.S.-based global technology company.”

$HOST For those who missed my prior note at $7, where it then traded up over 100% to plus to$14 within just two weeks, I would again characterize it as "interesting" at just$8. Some pretty smart investors just bought plus 2.4m shares at 8, which should set a nice floor, considering the first lease they already signed and executed. The company recently announced it already secured a 15-year, 43MW lease for a data center in Northeast Oklahoma, representing approximately $1.25 billion in base-term contracted revenue. This alone creates strong asymmetric risk in my mind. Additional leases should add incremental value from here. All about management execution going forward and management has done rhis before. Near term access to power is obviously in high demand with linited aupply. It is the key to fueling the hyper growth in HPC, AI and data centers. All the GPU's in the world are worthless absent a way to power them.

$HOST You didn't really read the shareholder letter apparently. It says literally the exact opposite, revenues in months in fact, Q1. Facts tend to count amigo.

$HOST I'm down $13,386. So it can't get much worse. HCMC still listed on pink. I'm not selling until they just close everything and take my money. It's already gone anyway.
