$IRWD No ill will, but I hope every day that I wake up to Tom McCourt getting canned, probably with a fantastic exit package but who cares, don't let the door hit you on the way out you worthless piece of sh*&^%*&^.

$IRWD The "strategic review" has dragged on for over a year while value bleeds out. Stop stalling and make a deal. AbbVie already shares Linzess economics, so sell the company with Linzess to them at $5+ a share and then sell apraglutide to Zealand or Takeda for $2-3 per share upfront plus a $5 CVR. This path beats burning cash on another trial while Linzess runway shrinks. Pick one, sign it, and give shareholders their money back before there's nothing left. "Exploring alternatives" isn't a plan. Get it done.

$IRWD Bring your A-game this Thursday, Gaskins. Deliver updated guidance and accelerate STARS-2 enrollment. And spare us the recycled talking points about how much more comfortable our position is this year. We've heard that line over and over again. Repeating the same reassurance every quarter doesn't make it progress. We need execution, not another round of empty assurances.

$IRWD we used to think IRWD was worth $2B or more, but with apraglutide shifting towards being a long shot for FDA approval, $1.5B valuation seems more readable. (Remember when it was rumored that McCourt wanted $20 + share price? ) Well how about $9.25.. Let's be realistic

$IRWD “Tammi was instrumental in driving the turnaround of LINZESS® this year, returning it to blockbuster status and growth.” Mate, she was the Chief Commercial Officer of a company whose only commercialized asset was being marketed and sold by AbbVie. So what exactly was she chiefing?

$IRWD Nice thesis but the stock is $3.75 for a reason. The street views and assigns little to no value to Apra. Linzess gained approval and Ironwood’s success was built on its original 2007 licensing partnership with Forest Laboratories and the strategic execution of its former management, while today’s management has squandered that foundation and demonstrated little ability to create comparable value for shareholders. Apra has little to no chance of commercial success as a standalone Ironwood asset.

$IRWD Pressing ahead with STARS-2 is exactly what a board shopping the company would do: bidders pay more for an asset being de-risked, and halting a Phase 3 looks distressed and kills leverage. Apraglutide sits in a Swiss subsidiary (VectivBio AG) outside the AbbVie partnership, so it can be sold or licensed cleanly. Board meetings jumped to 18 in 2025 from 7 in 2024, the board is declassified with no poison pill, so nothing structural blocks a deal, and a CEO exit with an internal successor and an interim CFO fits a process underway. I'm watching for "partnering" or "strategic alternatives" language returning on calls, changes to executive retention or change-of-control terms, a 13D from a suitor, and unusual trial or enrollment disclosures.

Some of you really need to learn the difference between a catalyst and an $IRWD fantasy. 1) ACG—done. Two relevant posters, no thesis-changing data. 2) CEO transition—done. McCourt out as CEO Jan. 1, Gaskins in. Significant leadership change, but no immediate impact on fundamentals. My thesis remains intact. -Linzess generates the cash. -Apra represents the upside—and the risk. How you doin’? Please, anyone, kindly add ANYTHING else besides your recycled breadcrumbs of “they suck!” & previously published content ! What’s next? -10/30—AbbVie Q3: Linzess sales performance. ~$298M is the number I’m watching. -IRWD Q3—TBD: Revenue, earnings, cash generation, debt reduction and guidance. -STARS-2: Enrollment and execution. No scheduled efficacy readout. -Wild cards: Apra clinical/regulatory developments or strategic news.

$IRWD I don't know Tammi but I'm 100% certain the market won't like another internal CEO appointment. We saw exactly how that played out with McCourt.
