Durable complete responses were observed in heavily pretreated patients with iNHL in the study, including Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia, the company said.The new mid-stage study is designed to evaluate whether further stimulation of innate and adaptive immune responses may enhance the depth and durability of anti-tumor activity, Immunitybio said, while adding that the company is hopeful for Anktiva potentially augmenting the actions of the cell therapy and Rituximab.The study will enroll patients with indolent NHL, including Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia, who are relapsed or are refractory after at least two prior lines of therapy. Treatment will be provided without chemotherapy.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Anktiva Troubles</h2>Last month, Immunitybio said that it recently met with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to discuss its application for Anktiva plus Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) in BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) with papillary tumors.The company had submitted the application in 2025 but was rejected and is now looking to resubmit it with more information. The causality between the tumor and the experimental therapy has not been established and investigation is ongoing, the company noted.The agency also placed a hold on RGX-121, being studied in the treatment of Hunter Syndrome, citing similarities between the two products, study populations and shared risks.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Wall Street Dismisses Selloff</h2>However, Leerink said the premarket selloff in shares underscores the degree of surprise on the news, feeding into the "FDA unpredictability" element of the bear thesis across gene therapy. However, the firm views this pullback as "an overreaction" based on the modest financial contribution of Hunter/Hurler to the fundamental value of shares and views this as a buying opportunity. Leerink has an ‘Outperform’ rating on Regenxbio shares.Clear Street analyst Bill Maughan, meanwhile, reiterated a ‘Buy’ rating on Regenxbio with a $50 price target. The firm believes the clinical hold has a limited impact on the stock's thesis. It is not known if the RGX-111 integration was causative of the neoplasm and the patient was asymptomatic and doing well on the therapy, the analyst told investors in a research note.Stifel, too, reiterated a ‘Buy’ rating on Regenxbio with a price target of $45. Neoplasm warnings are on other gene therapies, and the risk-benefit remains favorable, the analyst said, while adding that it still expects a delay in FDA approval for RGX-121. However, the stock's valuation already prices in "meaningful scale-up toward," contended Barclays.China Renaissance also initiated coverage of Bloom Energy with a ‘Buy’ rating and $207 price target.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Upbeat Analysts</h2>Baird on Tuesday raised the firm's price target on Bloom Energy to $172 from $157 and kept an ‘Outperform’ rating on the shares. The firm updated its model after it previewed Q4 results where they expect guidance to be conservative but consensus achievable.&nbsp;Clear Street analyst Tim Moore also raised the firm's price target on Bloom Energy to $80 from $68 and kept a ‘Hold’ rating on the shares ahead of the company's scheduled December quarter report on February 5.Ahead of earnings, Clear Street has increased its assumption for a larger sales contribution from the American Electric Power (AEP) order in Wyoming and now believes Bloom could achieve about 500 MW of fuel cells for that site.
