LUNR Shares Edge Up 3% After Hours — What's Intuitive’s Role In NASA’s Artemis Program?

T1 is already subject to scrutiny by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, and U.S. Customs, and we believe faces massive liabilities stemming from these probes, and shares are headed far lower” it said.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Culper’s Allegations</h2>As per Culper’s report, T1 was sued by RWE Clean Energy after RWE terminated its offtake agreement on December 19, 2025. The lawsuit alleged that T1 misrepresented its customer base, failed to provide module audits, failed to deliver compliant modules, and breached confidentiality provisions. Culper also claimed that T1 has not yet disclosed either the termination or the lawsuit.Culper believes that T1 is ineligible for 45X tax credits (Advanced Manufacturing Production Credit) , and forthcoming treasury guidance explicitly designed to “prevent entities from evading, circumventing, or abusing” existing FEOC provisions will be a “death blow.” Experts also warn that certain Chinese groups may be entirely blacklisted, which could risk T1’s eligibility altogether.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Financial Irregularities</h2>Culper also raised irregularities in T1’s financial reporting. It noted discrepancies between T1’s reported sales to Trina and Trina’s reported purchases from T1. As per the report, T1 has accrued $59.7 million due to Trina, which is equivalent to 83% of its total consolidated gross profit for the nine months ended Sept. 2025.Culper Research views T1 as wholly uninvestible. “Absent 45X credits, T1’s business model fails. It also renegotiated its deal with Takeda in a bid to grow revenues from the latter's activities involving Nuvaxovid vaccine in Japan.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Q3 Numbers</h2>For the third quarter, the company <a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/NVAX">reported</a> total revenue of $70 million, including $48 million from Sanofi, $6 million from Takeda, and $2 million from other partners. This marks a dip from the $80 million reported in the corresponding quarter of 2024, but above an analyst estimate of $44.87 million.The company now expects full-year adjusted revenue in the $1.04 billion to $1.06 billion range, up from its previous guidance of $1 billion to $1.05 billion. The company recently expanded on its Sanofi partnership to include its Matrix-M adjuvant in Sanofi’s pandemic influenza vaccine candidate program and renegotiated its deal with Takeda in a bid to grow revenues from the latter's activities involving Nuvaxovid vaccine in Japan.

However, one liver damage-related fatal event occurred early in the study, it noted. The company mitigated the risk during the course of the trial by excluding patients with severe liver impairment and by implementing close monitoring during early treatment cycles, thereby reducing the overall incidence of liver-related treatment-related adverse events, it added.Inhibrx is also studying the drug in colorectal cancer and ewing sarcoma in combination with other drugs. (LRMR) on Monday announced positive data from an ongoing long-term open-label study evaluating daily subcutaneous injections of Nomlabofusp in participants with Friedreich’s Ataxia.Friedreich's Ataxia (FA) is a rare, inherited disorder causing progressive damage to the nervous system, leading to symptoms like poor coordination, difficulty walking, and sensory loss, as well as heart disease and scoliosis. It is caused by a mutation in the FXN gene, resulting in a deficiency of the mitochondrial protein frataxin.In the <a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2025/09/29/3157570/0/en/Larimar-Therapeutics-Announces-Positive-Data-from-Ongoing-Long-term-Open-Label-Study-and-Updates-to-Nomlabofusp-Program-for-Friedreich-s-Ataxia.html">study,</a> an increase in skin frataxin (FXN) levels was observed with short- and long-term daily Nomlabofusp. All ten participants with data at six months achieved skin FXN levels over 50% of median levels in healthy volunteers, the company stated. It added that consistent directional improvement across multiple clinical outcomes was also observed after a year of Nomlabofusp treatment.“These new data, as well as the improvement in abnormal lipid profiles observed in prior completed studies, provide support that nomlabofusp increases FXN in patients with FA and that the strategy of FXN replacement has the potential to result in a clinical benefit,” said CEO Carole Ben-Maimon.Shares of the company tumbled 47% in the pre-market session after the company reported that anaphylaxis, or a severe allergic reaction, was observed in seven participants in the open-label study, and they were subsequently withdrawn from the study. Most instances of anaphylaxis occurred on the initial day of administration and most within the first six weeks of dosing, it noted.Other discontinuations in the study included three cases of generalized urticaria, one seizure, one vasovagal event, and two non-treatment-related discontinuations, it said.The company said that it consulted experts and decided to modify its starting dose regimen after the two most recent cases of anaphylaxis. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has agreed with the approach, the company said.
