Amazon Web Services (AWS) delivered particularly strong results, with revenue climbing 28% to $37.6 billion — its fastest growth rate in 15 quarters — fueled by surging demand for AI-related services and infrastructure and agreements with OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, NVIDIA, Uber, U.S. Bank, Fox Corporation, among many others.Overall operating income increased to $23.9 billion from $18.4 billion a year ago. GE Vernova shares surged over 12% to hit record highs after the power equipment giant raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $44.5 billion to $45.5 billion and disclosed that Q2 pricing 10% to 20% higher than late 2025 levels.

Beauty (ELF) on Wednesday reported earnings far exceeding Wall Street expectations for the three months ended December, sending shares up as much as 15% after hours before paring gains.The company said that its third quarter net sales came in at $489.5 million, marking a growth of 38%, thanks to growth in both its retailer and e-commerce channels in the U.S. and abroad. Wall Street on average was expecting revenue of $457.33&nbsp;million.Adjusted earnings per share, meanwhile, came in at $1.24 for the quarter, far exceeding an analyst estimate of $0.72.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Raises Forecasts</h2>The company also raised its fiscal 2026 outlook to revenue of $1.6-$1.61 billion from its previous forecast of $1.55 billion to $1.57 billion. (<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/NFLX">NFLX</a>) co-CEO Ted Sarandos said in a testimony before the Senate on Tuesday that after its deal with Warner Bros Discovery (<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/WBD">WBD</a>), both companies will largely operate as they are doing at present.&nbsp;“We plan to operate those businesses largely as they are today. Netflix and Warner Brothers both have streaming services, but they are very complimentary,” Ted Sarandos said in the testimony.&nbsp;“This deal keeps one of the most iconic Hollywood studios healthy and competitive. Netflix and WBD are facing a skeptical Senate panel Tuesday to defend their $82.7 billion media merger against concerns it will hurt competition in the streaming market. 

<ul class="summary-bullets"><li>The company reported revenue of $1.08 billion for the quarter, 44% higher than the same period last year, and well above analyst estimates of $970.5 million.</li><li>Teradyne CEO Greg Smith said that in 2026, the company expects year-over-year growth across all of its businesses, with strong momentum in compute, driven by AI.&nbsp;</li><li>Teradyne’s revenue guidance for the first quarter of 2026 is $1.15 billion to $1.25 billion.&nbsp;</li></ul>Shares of Teradyne (TER) rallied more than 20% during extended hours of trading on Monday after the company posted fourth quarter (Q4) earnings that beat analyst estimates, according to data from Fiscal.ai.&nbsp;The company said Q4 growth was driven by strong AI-related demand in compute and memory.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Upbeat Results</h2>Teradyne’s net income in Q4 2025 was $283.0 million, or $1.80 per diluted share, jumping nearly 90% from the year-ago quarter and surging past analyst estimates of $1.36 per share, as per Fiscal.ai.&nbsp;The company reported revenue of $1.08 billion for the quarter, 44% higher than the same period last year, and well above analyst estimates of $970.5 million. Of the total revenue, $883 million came from its Semiconductor Test segment, $110 million came from Product Test, and $89 million from Robotics.&nbsp;“Our Q4 results were above the high end of our guidance range, fueled by AI-related demand in compute, networking and memory within our Semi Test business. Across all of our business groups – Semi Test, Product Test, and Robotics – we experienced sequential growth, and at the company level we achieved 13% growth in 2025,” said Teradyne CEO, Greg Smith.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Outlook</h2>The company provided guidance for the first quarter of 2026, with revenue expectations of $1.15 billion to $1.25 billion, and adjusted net income of $1.89 to $2.25 per diluted share.“In 2026, we expect year-over-year growth across all of our businesses, with strong momentum in compute driven by AI,” Smith said.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Upbeat Analyst</h2>Earlier on Monday, Evercore ISI raised the price target on Teradyne to $280 from $200 and kept an ‘Outperform’ rating on the shares.&nbsp;The firm said that it believes the fundamentals on Teradyne are positive, as it sees multiple paths for upside to estimates, according to TheFly.
