$LGPS This stock has a super low float / high borrow rate.  We saw this exact pattern on 8/27 when the original acquisition news came out.  Stock ran high in the morning, then got shorted down to being significantly red. 
 
But shorts didn't want to be stuck in their position and they got squeezed in after hours while the stock ran back to where it was earlier in the day. 
 
Will the same thing happen again today?  I don't know, but it will be fun to watch.
