AppLovins prolonged slide to 52-week lows is being tied to a court denial of its request to temporarily block Unitys Ad Quality SDK, alongside analyst concerns about competition and Pixel adoption; the underlying lawsuit remains active. Traders are divided over whether the dispute and growth concerns justify the selloff or whether it is overdone given the companys profitability and growth, with analyst reports also drawing blame.

A much weaker-than-expected jobs report pushed Treasury yields lower and eased expectations for another Fed rate hike, helping IWM rebound from its 200-day moving average. Traders welcomed the rate-sensitive small-cap bounce but questioned its durability given IWMs recent underperformance and continued concerns about elevated yields.
