$NOC Rothschild & Co Redburn started coverage this week with a Buy and a 680 target, roughly 43% above where the stock is trading. Bold call for a name sitting right near its 52-week low of 470. The pitch is that B-21 Raider and Sentinel are turning from development spend into production cash flow, with revenue compounding about 6.8% and EPS about 8.3% a year through 2030. RBC read it the other way just days earlier, cutting to sector perform with a 525 target.

$NOC bounced to about 483 this morning after closing Monday at 476.11, its lowest close since May 2025, following heavy selling last week (Friday traded about 3.5x normal volume). It's still well under a falling 50-day near 537 and a falling 200-day near 598. A bounce isn't a turn to me, so I'm not interested until it gets back above that 50-day.
