The stock has traded between $10.32 and $43.46 over the past year.&nbsp; Since its March 2024 Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) listing, TMTG has lost more than 80% of its value.&nbsp;The Sarasota, Florida-based company’s social media business continues to flounder amid competition from legacy social media companies. The Truth Social platform, launched in April 2022, has struggled to grow its user base despite its owner, Donald Trump, being reelected and actively using the platform. The company has since then diversified into cryptocurrencies, streaming and prediction markets.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">What Retail Traders Feel&nbsp;</h2>Retail sentiment toward TMTG stock among users of the Stocktwits platform remained ‘extremely bearish’ as of early Wednesday, but the message volume perked up to ‘extremely high levels.Discussions on the stream centered on the president, as most users had a field day discussing the Epstein files and the Saudi Arabian investments announced on Tuesday, which some called improbable given the size of the pledged funds, nearly equal to the country’s GDP.&nbsp;The House and the Senate have passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act and the president has said he will sign it into law. Retail traders appear to have taken a downbeat stance on Trump’s media company amid its fundamental troubles and in general disgruntlement over geopolitics following his reelection.

(RUM) shares climbed nearly 16% in Monday’s early premarket session after the company agreed to buy German artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure company Northern Data and secured an advertising commitment from Tether.Rumble’s CEO Chris Pavlovski hinted at the company’s&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/news-articles/markets/equity/rumble-ceo-bats-for-northern-data-acquisition-bid/chrH3HnRden">interest</a> in acquiring Tether-backed Northern Data on the second-quarter earnings call in mid-August.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Rumble’s Northern Data Buy</h2>In a statement, the Longboat, Florida-based Rumble said it has signed a business combination agreement with Northern Data under which it will submit a voluntary public exchange offer to all shareholders of Northern Data. Once completed, the deal will enable Rumble to scale and expand its cloud business with the addition of one of the largest GPU estates in Europe, along with a data center business.The transaction will also help accelerate “Rumble's international expansion strategy, provide a significant revenue growth opportunity, and enable an acceleration of Rumble's creator, video, and advertising AI roadmap.”Once the exchange offer is completed, Rumble will gain one of the largest GPU fleets, comprising&nbsp;22,400 NVIDIA GPUs, including 20,400 NVIDIA H100s and 2,000 NVIDIA H200s.<h2 class="st-heading-2">The Tether Financing</h2>Separately, Rumble also stated that Tether has agreed to provide a $100 million advertising commitment over a two-year period, starting in the first quarter of 2026. The company noted that the funding commitment follows its definitive agreement to acquire Northern Data. Following the closing, Tether has agreed to become a vital anchor customer of the combined group.&nbsp;Incidentally, Tether has made a $775 million strategic investment in Rumble, which was first announced in December.The advertising commitment included Rumble Wallet integration, expansion of creator monetization and ecosystem expansion.Pavlovski said, “Integrating advertising with Rumble Wallet is paving the way for a transparent, privacy-focused, and independent future of monetization and engagement for creators and users."<h2 class="st-heading-2">Rumble’s Q3 Results</h2>Rumble reported fiscal year 2025, third-quarter revenue of $24.8 million, down from the year-ago’s $25.1 million, and loss per share of $0.06, narrower than the loss of $0.15 reported for the year-ago quarter. The revenue trailed the $26.86 million consensus provided by Fiscal.ai. Reddit, Inc.’s (RDDT) stock rose over 1.50% in Wednesday’s early premarket session after the community-based social-media company’s stock received&nbsp;a price-target boost from a Wall Street firm.After hitting an all-time peak of $282.95 on Sept. 18,&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/RDDT">Reddit stock</a> has been broadly tracing a downtrend amid concerns regarding growth in key user metrics and engagement trends. On Tuesday, the stock fell 3.60% to $196.35 amid the tech sell-off.The near-term weakness defied positive analyst actions seen in the recent past. In a note released late Tuesday, Goldman Sachs&nbsp;raised the price target for Reddit stock to $236 from $212 as part of its broader digital advertising second-quarter preview note, according to a summary of the note posted on The Fly. The new price target implied about 20% upside from the&nbsp;last closing price. Goldman, however, maintained a ‘Neutral’ rating on the stock.Factoring in expectations for a continued healthy operating environment, Goldman raised its revenue estimates for Reddit for the period from 2025 through 2027. Analysts at the firm also said their checks revealed continued momentum for Reddit as the company builds scale in core advertising and data-licensing revenues in the second half of 2025 and beyond.In early October, Wells Fargo increased its stock price target for Reddit from $155 to $174 as it increased its revenue estimate modestly, implying a robust 60% year-over-year growth. Baird’s Colin Sebastian hiked his price target to $240 from $177. Rumble’s Deal With Perplexity Spurs Over 400% Surge In Retail Investor Chatter On Stocktwits

The stock saw a 421% increase in user message count in 24 hours after announcing a partnership with AI startup Perplexity. 

Shares of Austin, Texas-based Bumble, Inc. ($BMBL), an online dating and social networking platform, fell sharply in the early premarket session after a Wall Street firm turned cautious regarding the stock.<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/BMBL">Bumble stock,</a> which has lost about 26% of its market value so far this year, declined 3.31% to $5.84 in premarket trading. The planned divestment was required by a law passed by the previous Joe Biden administration, citing security concerns posed by the platform. The law also sought a ban on the platform in the U.S. in the event of non-compliance.The plan would reduce ByteDance’s stake to less than 20%, with the Chinese company getting only one board representation and being excluded from TikTok U.S.’s security committee.&nbsp;TikTok would be majority-owned by U.S. investors, operated in the U.S. by a board of directors with national security and cybersecurity credentials, and subject to strict rules to protect Americans’ data and our national security.The White House statement also stated that Oracle would serve as TikTok’s security provider, monitoring and ensuring the safety of the latter’s operations in the U.S. All U.S. user data would be stored in a trusted, secure, and purpose-built cloud environment in the U.S. run by Oracle. The Trump administration also directed Attorney General Pamela Bondi not to enforce the Biden administration’s TikTok law for 120 days, allowing the divestiture to be completed.&nbsp;A high-level delegation from the U.S. and China, headed by U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and&nbsp; Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng, discussed the proposed deal at talks held in Madrid earlier this month.&nbsp;Vice President J.D. Vance stated that the new U.S. company would be valued at approximately $14 billion, according to a Reuters report. In an April note, Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives said TikTok’s valuation would be around $100 billion, but without the algorithm, the deal price would be around $30 billion to $40 billion.
