This outlook includes approximately $35.0 million of safe harbor shipments. Of the total revenue, $883 million came from its Semiconductor Test segment, $110 million came from Product Test, and $89 million from Robotics.&nbsp;</p><p>“Our Q4 results were above the high end of our guidance range, fueled by AI-related demand in compute, networking and memory within our Semi Test business. Across all of our business groups – Semi Test, Product Test, and Robotics – we experienced sequential growth, and at the company level we achieved 13% growth in 2025,” said Teradyne CEO, Greg Smith.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Outlook</h2><p>The company provided guidance for the first quarter of 2026, with revenue expectations of $1.15 billion to $1.25 billion, and adjusted net income of $1.89 to $2.25 per diluted share.</p><p>“In 2026, we expect year-over-year growth across all of our businesses, with strong momentum in compute driven by AI,” Smith said.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Upbeat Analyst</h2><p>Earlier on Monday, Evercore ISI raised the price target on Teradyne to $280 from $200 and kept an ‘Outperform’ rating on the shares.&nbsp;</p><p>The firm said that it believes the fundamentals on Teradyne are positive, as it sees multiple paths for upside to estimates, according to TheFly. The US federal government is reportedly considering giving crypto firm Robinhood Markets Inc. a key role in overseeing the new “Trump accounts” it’s creating for millions of children.

Both would then get access to the platform.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Other Moves</h2><p>In December, Robinhood said that it would allow customers to wager on the individual performances of professional football players as part of a new batch of sports-focused event contracts.&nbsp;</p><p>The move is an aim to set itself apart in a market that is drawing a wave of new entrants.&nbsp;<br>Robinhood has also been eyeing other geographies to expand its user base. (SBUX) CEO Brian Niccol can now use the company’s jet for both business and personal trips, and it would all be reimbursed by the coffee company.</p><p>Previously, the CEO had to reimburse for his personal non-commuting usage once such usage reached $250,000 per year.</p><p>The company <a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/0000829224/000121390026007780/ea0270973-01.htm">said</a> in a filing that its board approved replacing such an annual limit in September 2025 following a security study that recommended that the CEO use company aircraft for all air travel, including personal ones.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Rationale</h2><p>The CEO’s flights will now be reviewed by the compensation committee and the board’s lead independent director on a quarterly basis, the filing said.</p><p>“This change was driven by the security study’s recommendation that Mr. Niccol use Company aircraft for all air travel, including personal travel, and the Company’s ongoing monitoring of Mr. Niccol’s security situation,” the filing read.</p><p>It also noted that the CEO did not give the company any dollars in fiscal year 2025 pertaining to the agreement with the company jet.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Security Concerns</h2><p>The security study that sparked the change was conducted by a global risk management and security consulting firm. Starbucks Allows CEO To Use Jet For Personal Purposes Citing Security Concerns

(F) on Tuesday announced the appointment of Lisa Drake as the President for its newly created energy business aimed at diversifying revenue streams.</p><p>Drake will launch the company’s battery energy storage systems (BESS) business, announced in December, and be responsible for Ford Energy’s end-to-end operations, spanning battery cell manufacturing, system assembly, and sales.</p><p>Shares of the company rose 3% at the time of writing.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Drake’s New Role</h2><p>The company <a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://shareholder.ford.com/news/default.aspx">said</a> on Tuesday that Drake will now lead the company's Energy segment and report to vice chair John Lawler.</p><p>Drake was previously vice president for Technology Platform Programs and EV Systems, leading the industrial plan for batteries and electric propulsion engineering at Ford.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Ford’s New EV Strategy</h2><p>Dearborn-based automaker Ford said in December that it expects to incur $19.5 billion in EV-related charges as it killed plans for several large EV models to stem losses amid waning government support for electric vehicles. While a majority of the charges would be incurred in the fourth quarter of 2025, the remaining will be incurred in 2026 and 2027, the company said.</p><p>“Ford no longer plans to produce select larger electric vehicles where the business case has eroded due to lower-than-expected demand, high costs and regulatory changes,” the company then said. Instead, Ford is now looking at launching more affordable EVs on its Universal Electric Platform.</p><p>Ford’s Universal EV platform is a new platform aimed at enabling a family of affordable electric vehicles. The first vehicle from the platform will be a midsize four-door electric pickup with a targeted starting price of about $30,000, slated for delivery in 2027. The company also unveiled plans to introduce autonomous driving on lower-cost EVs at CES tech conference earlier this month.</p><p>The company also launched the new energy storage business in December to feed the growing demand for energy from data centers and boost revenue from its underutilized EV battery capacity.</p><p>The company intends to repurpose its existing U.S. battery manufacturing capacity in Glendale, Kentucky for the purpose and convert it to manufacture 5 MWh+ advanced battery energy storage systems. The Trade Desk Stock Is Again Falling Today – Why Are Analysts Slashing Price Targets?
