$TENX Previously sold at approx. $14 as per my prior posts due to valuation and management issues. Rebought my shares at this level due to upside is now 10x to 30x imo. Drug works but management did terrible job with trial design. I believe they get it right this time. Similar to KOD imo which went thru a similar path. I am long SLS, AGMB and now TENX. GLTA

$TENX As per Sec.; Tenax says LEVEL-2 is already running, but the baseline-6MWD moving forward is capped. Meaning they do not necessarily wait for the Type C meeting to enrich the existing research. LEVEL data → enrichment hypothesis → adjust existing LEVEL-2 → FDA Type C → final registration plan

To be clear... all three transactions are Code P cash buys in the open market--no option exercises, no RSUs, and no automated 10b5-1 plans. • CEO Christopher Giordano: Bought 10,850 shares between $1.82–$1.88 ($20.1K outlay), doubling his direct stake to 22,174 shares. • CFO Thomas Staab II: Bought 5,675 shares @ $1.935 ($11.0K outlay), increasing his direct stake by +57% to 15,675 shares. • Director Declan Doogan: Stepped up with 53,000 shares @ $1.92 ($101.8K outlay), expanding his direct ownership by +2,330% to 55,274 shares. Insiders sell for many reasons, but they only buy on the open market with their own cash for one. IMO, seeing the CEO, CFO, and a Director simultaneously step up and commit personal capital right in the $1.82–$1.94 zone is a clear vote of confidence. Position: Long common equity. NFA.

$TENX Many small-cap stocks have been under heavy selling pressure for the past 3–4 weeks. Vuzi, Plug, Tenx—the list goes on and on. Better times will come again; I’m not selling a single share.

$TENX paused enrollment in its LEVEL-2 HFpEF trial as it amends criteria and seeks an FDA Type C meeting.

$TENX If LEVEL-2 is successful and FDA approval eventually follows, Tenax estimates 1,5B peak sales. You do the math

Might do some DD on this one that has been cooking for a long time and just got Huge FDA news in regard to their Portable (ECG) device. $TENX Still have 50% cash to deploy here. Will make six figures, likely multiple six figures when this finally gets unleashed, phase 3 drug with efficacy and a clear path forward with the FDA. The type C meeting will be the first catalyst here. The board of directors obviously have confidence too putting their own cash on the line at the lows. Smart of them. I buy every red day when penny flippers dump their shares for beer money. They can have their beer money, I'll make buy a new house in cash money.

$TENX Interesting that Sphera Funds Management Ltd. took a New position of about 2 million shares (5.33%) 8/17. Then increased to (7.09%) on 9/30 with another 669,800 share purchase. Both these were "After" the big stock crash at beginning of August.

$TENX After a flurry of PR's over past month or so, been unusually quite so would not be surprised to see something soon. End of the month so would expect to see a/some 13G/13D filing today or tomorrow. Always interesting to see what the big money is doing.
