The regulator approved Empaveli in 2025 as the first treatment for C3 glomerulopathy (C3G) or primary immune complex membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN) in patients aged 12 years and older.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Biogen Highlights Revenue, Earnings Boost From Apellis Acquisition</h2><p>Biogen stated that Empaveli and Syfovre will boost its topline immediately, noting that these two treatments achieved combined net sales of $689 million in 2025 and expect them to grow in the mid-to-high teens at least through 2028.</p><p>“Consistent with our strategy, this acquisition immediately advances Biogen’s ongoing transformation. The addition of Apellis expands our growth portfolio in immunology and rare disease with two approved, best-in-class medicines that complement our existing portfolio and bolsters our near-and long-term growth potential,” said Biogen CEO Christopher A. Viehbacher.</p><p>The company added that the Apellis acquisition is expected to be increasingly accretive to Biogen’s diluted earnings per share (EPS) starting in 2027. The blog highlighted that the news is market gossip and added that it might be “total codswallop.”</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Madrigal’s MASH Focus</h2><p>Madrigal is focused on developing therapies for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), a serious, progressive liver disease marked by fat accumulation, inflammation, and cell damage.</p><p>The company’s Rezdiffra drug is already approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of MASH with moderate to advanced fibrosis. The company is also evaluating the drug for the treatment of compensated MASH cirrhosis.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Madrigal’s Financials</h2><p>For full-year 2025, the company reported Rezdiffra net sales of $958.4 million. There were more than 36,250 patients on Rezdiffra as of the end of 2025, the company said.</p><p>The company also licensed global rights to six pre-clinical siRNA programs from Suzhou Ribo Life Science Co. Ltd. &nbsp;and its subsidiary Ribocure Pharmaceuticals AB in February for up to $4.4 billion to expand its pipeline. The first of the missions is slated to take place within months of contract signing, and the flights are aimed at demonstrating the company’s operational efficiency and ability to meet modern warfare demands, as per a statement.</p><p>The new award is the single largest launch contract in Rocket Lab’s history, bringing the total number of launches in backlog to more than 70 and pushing Rocket Lab’s total backlog across launch and space systems to more than $2 billion, the company said. The Wegovy pills in 1.5 mg, 4 mg, 9 mg, and 25 mg doses are also covered.</p><p>The company stated that it will educate U.S. weight loss customers about their options across a wider range of FDA-approved treatments. When providers determine it is clinically appropriate, Hims &amp; Hers will help support a smooth transition to these medications, it said.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">How Much Will Ozempic And Wegovy Cost On Hims &amp; Hers?</h2><p>Hims &amp; Hers stated that all the available doses of Ozempic injections, and Wegovy pills as well as injections, will be available on the company’s platform at cash pay prices. Hims & Hers Opens Up Pre-Launch Waitlist For Ozempic And Wegovy Following Partnership With Novo Nordisk

Analysts on average&nbsp;estimate revenue of $210 million.&nbsp;</p><p>BMBL expects adjusted core profit in the range of $76 million to $80 million for the quarter.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Weak Q4</h2><p>Total Revenue decreased 14.3% to $224.2 million, compared to $261.6 million from the year-ago quarter. Bumble App revenue also fell 14.8% to $181.0 million, compared to $212.4 million.</p><p>Bumble’s Total Paying Users slumped 20.5% to 3.3 million, compared to 4.2 million.</p><p>The company said&nbsp;its fourth quarter net loss was $611.1 million, compared to net earnings of $9.3 million from the year-ago quarter.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">FY 2025</h2><p>In FY2025, Bumble’s total revenue decreased 9.9% to $965.7 million, compared to $1.07 billion. Total Paying Users decreased 11.5% to 3.7 million, compared to 4.1 million.&nbsp;</p><p>“In 2025, we made the deliberate choice to return Bumble to its women-first foundation, raising the bar on trust and authenticity while addressing pain points our members experience with online dating,” said Whitney Wolfe Herd, Founder &amp; CEO of Bumble Inc.</p><p>“With the heavy lift of our quality reset behind us, we are accelerating product innovation and prioritizing member experience enhancements. This includes our advanced commitment strategy, continued investments in our resorts and our employees, and progressing key initiatives to optimize visitation, including enhanced marketing and new products,” he added.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Q2 2026 Snapshot</h2><p>Vail Resorts reported Q2 fiscal 2026 net income attributable of $210.0 million compared to $244.4 million in the prior year.&nbsp;</p><p>Its resort net revenue decreased $53.2 million, or 4.7%, compared to the prior year, which was primarily driven by the unfavorable weather conditions that impacted visitation and ancillary spending for both local and destination guests during the period.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Cuts 2026 Guidance</h2><p>The company now expects net income attributable to Vail Resorts, Inc. of $144 million to $190 million for its FY 2026.&nbsp;</p><p>"Due to the persistent, historically challenging weather conditions in the Rockies, which continued to limit terrain availability, the Company is reducing its fiscal 2026 guidance. Once contracts are finalized, flights are expected to start within 90 days, it added.</p><p>Meanwhile, the company continues to look forward to FAA certification. Its FAA-conforming aircraft is set to fly “shortly,” the company added.</p><p>The company regularly flies piloted, full-transition flights — taking off vertically, transitioning to wingborne cruise, and returning to vertical landing — as part of a comprehensive real-world flight test program, it added.</p><p>The company further plans to scale production to four aircraft per month in 2027 to meet demand.
