$WIMI is down ~44% this month. Market cap: ~$14M. Yet its latest 6-K reports $460M in cash + short-term investments. 460M$!! China/VIE, governance & asset quality deserve a discount. But 97%?! What if the market is massively mispricing the value hidden in $WIMI’s balance sheet?

$WIMI new lows every day... there was a hope that they have something cool to offer .... but it was long time again... now it's clear what scam this is... hand in hand with $MLGO both heading to r/s with nothing but pr's filled with hyped bs.... nobody believe them any longer... if you haven't put money in yet, do not do that...

$WIMI It will be interesting to see how WIMI deals with the 9.99% ownership blocker in the convertible, assuming they choose to convert. They have confirmed that four bondholders exist, so the only way it could happen is through conversion in a series of tranches, with holders dumping as they execute. This is neither an orderly nor a likely scenario. It would be more reasonable for WIMI to cash in their short-term investments, as they mused about in their recent H1 financial update. Bondholders could use that cash to buy the shares at ATL's. HOLO also shares those opportunities and constraints. The difference is that HOLO never confirmed the specific number of bondholders, just "multiple." They also hold enough cash on hand that they wouldn't need to liquidate short-term investments.

$WIMI there is no chance this SP will go up, people are gambling on this expect a big spike but it will not. The lower price it goes the better for bond holders. The managment want the SP go as low as possible, so don’t buy it, let it sink and die

$WIMI is a casino — just like pretty much everything else here. But if that cash is real and gets validated somehow, say through another acquisition, this could turn around very fast. High risk, but definitely an interesting setup.

One thing seems apparent, companies in the small cap markets like to use convertible bonds to create this type of uncertainty and attract the short share price destruction, followed by a value realization of some form. This is the casino mode the quant players thrive on.
