Aluminum alloy revenue grew to $19.8 million from $15.5 million, while its Brass alloy ingot revenue dropped.The company also announced that it was debt-free.&nbsp;Copper demand has surged over the past few years owing to a jump in semiconductor manufacturing for AI applications and a rise in electric vehicle sales globally. Both of them heavily rely on copper in their manufacturing processes.&nbsp;For instance, global electric vehicle (EV) sales reached a record 20.7 million units in 2025, marking a 20% year-on-year increase, according to data released by Benchmark Mineral Intelligence.&nbsp;However, analysts at J.P. The shares were listed on Nasdaq on Oct. 9, 2025.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Discounted Offering Drags Stock</h2>The company entered into an agreement with two institutional investors to sell 1.7 million units at $7.50 apiece in the follow-on offering. Each unit includes one Class A share and a warrant to buy additional shares. The offer price was a 46% discount to the stock’s closing price of $13.91 on Thursday.The investors also have the option to purchase up to an additional $3 million worth of units within 45 days of closing on the same terms. The company plans to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.The firm added that the securities are being offered through a prospectus included in the company’s Form F-1 filed with the SEC on March 25, 2026. According to the filing, the company offered up to 2.2 million units at $8.12 apiece. In total, the deal could involve over 3.3 million shares if all warrants are exercised.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Extension Of Lock-Up Period</h2>Separately, YDDL said several key shareholders have agreed to extend their lock-up period tied to its initial public offering by an additional three months beyond the original April 9, 2026, deadline. During this time, they will not sell or transfer their shares.
