Each unit includes one Class A share and a warrant to buy additional shares. The offer price was a 46% discount to the stock’s closing price of $13.91 on Thursday.The investors also have the option to purchase up to an additional $3 million worth of units within 45 days of closing on the same terms. The company plans to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.The firm added that the securities are being offered through a prospectus included in the company’s Form F-1 filed with the SEC on March 25, 2026. According to the filing, the company offered up to 2.2 million units at $8.12 apiece.
