$ZG dang this thing is cheap eh? Under 10x EBITDA for internet platform with 75% margins. Balance sheet super clean vs what I remember back when they were buying/selling houses. Chart nothing to write home about but when housing turns this thing could be a monster.

That said I guess they have shot on goal in rentals which helps offset home sales a bit
