@Big_Timer the financials look great, but I won’t touch any company with management with serious ethical issues or ethical concerns. I don’t like surprises or watching my stop drop 50% overnight with the next subpoena or criminal investigation or arrest. Hard pass for me.

I have a couple of rules in my investing and one￼ of them that makes a company uninvestable for me is management or a company with significant ethical and control concerns. This is one of them.

I’m not on the $SMCI board, but since you’ve decided to spread your stuff to a bunch of other unrelated boards to pump, I feel compelled to comment. 

Good luck with your investment.  I have no position in the company either short or long and do not intend to have one.
