@bobsizzla HRVSF nearly went bankrupt then. Arizona is the best market to be in right now, and HRVSF has the largest footprint. there have been a lot of positive changes in the world for pot stocks since then. I dont think the deal is grossly undervalued, assuming TCNNF shares stay around this level. I would value HRVSF at ~2.5B minimum though.
