TDI Infrastructure Ltd., a leading North Indian real estate developer, has announced a ₹100 crore investment to relaunch its flagship township, TDI City Kundli, positioning it as the next lifestyle destination in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Spread across 1,100 acres, TDI City Kundli is set for a township-wide transformation, featuring modern infrastructure, upgraded amenities, and community-centric developments. The relaunch will introduce one of India’s largest township clubhouses, along with wellness, recreational, and social spaces, further enhancing the township’s lifestyle appeal.

The relaunch follows a major financial milestone, with TDI Infrastructure becoming completely debt-free after clearing ₹2,000 crore in dues, providing a solid foundation for expansion. “This investment marks a defining step in our long-term vision to create aspirational, future-ready communities,” said Akshay Taneja, CEO, TDI Infrastructure.

TDI City Kundli’s growth story is bolstered by transformative infrastructure developments in the region. The Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) now links NH-1 directly to IGI Airport and Gurugram, cutting travel times to central Delhi to 40 minutes and the airport to under an hour. The Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway has improved regional mobility, while the upcoming Delhi Metro extension and RRTS corridor are expected to integrate Kundli seamlessly into NCR’s high-speed transit network.

Economic and educational anchors are also boosting Kundli’s profile.
