$BRSL I cannot see for the life of my why this isn't a value at this price. I just discovered this ticker and more DD is necessary but it looks positive long term.

$BRSL Gruppo De Agostini has purchased companies outright in the past. While the Italian holding company is highly famous for its joint ventures (like Planeta DeAgostini) and controlling or minority stakes (such as in IGT/Brightstar or Banijay), it does make full 100% acquisitions when expanding into new industries. If they are not selling their stake (no evidence of such), I can’t see how they would not at least make an offer for the remaining shares. As outlined in past posts, buying the remaining shares at current levels, particularly with most of BRSL’s licensing fees behind them, is equivalent to stealing.
