CrowdStrike (CRWD) said that subscription revenue in Q4 grew to $1.24 billion, a 23% increase compared to the same quarter in the last year.The company also said that its annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew 24% year-over-year to $5.25 billion as of Jan. 31, 2026, surpassing the $5 billion milestone.CrowdStrike posted diluted net income per share of $1.12, compared to analysts’ expectations of $1.1 per share.Despite the results, the company’s shares were down 0.48% at the time of writing.<h2 class="st-heading-2">CrowdStrike Outlook</h2>For the upcoming quarter, the Austin-based company forecast revenues of $1.36 billion to $1.364 billion, compared to a Street expectation of $1.355 billion. CrowdStrike Posts Double Beat In Q4, ARR Crosses $5 Billion — Retail Predicts Share Price Over $400

CrowdStrike Warns AI Is Fueling Faster Cyberattacks – They Can Now Spread In Under 30 Minutes 

The findings come as CRWD heads into Q4 earnings next week amid rising competition in AI security tools.
