$CLS wouldn’t be surprised if this comes back to test the 200dma (~$330) on broader semi weakness. Will be looking to add if/when it does as it is my favorite valuations alongside both $AVGO (XPU ramp story) and $NVDA (fungibility/financing moat).

$CLS R2 on the daily is 415.42. The zone between 400-R2 is the next target. Maybe early next week?

Similar to what we are seeing now in $CLS and $CRDO after a sizable correction, $AVGO will have its day in the sun before year-end. The trade is all way too interconnected across the supply chain. When you see dislocations in correlations among the players, that's where you go long.

$CLS Celestica initiated with an Outperform at FBN Securities FBN Securities analyst Shebly Seyrafi initiated coverage of Celestica with an Outperform rating and $375 price target. Celestica has repositioned itself into a design-led platform-solutions company from a turnkey contract manufacturer and the market has "only partly repriced it," the analyst tells investors. Leadership in high-bandwidth Ethernet switching and a compute portfolio levered almost exclusively to custom AI accelerators, rather than merchant GPU servers are the "two pillars" that anchor the franchise, the analyst added.

$CLS Celestica initiated with an Outperform at Bernstein Bernstein analyst Daniel Zhu initiated coverage of Celestica with an Outperform rating and $520 price target. The firm rolled out coverage of the U.S. networking group with a positive view. Networking and optical companies will be "structural winners" within AI infrastructure, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Bernstein believes there is more upside than downside to AI spend expectations, and sees the risk/rewards on exposed stocks as positive. While an overbuild is still possible, demand continues to exceed supply and the assumptions needed to underwrite continued investments do not appear aggressive compared to the pace of adoption, the firm contends.
