The Moove segment includes the production and distribution of lubricants and base oils under the Mobil and other brands across Brazil, Europe, Latin America, the United States, and Asia. The Radar segment engages in the acquisition, leasing, and sale of agricultural land in Brazil. The company was founded in 1936 and is headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
