$EDGM I believe that between the sites that Pure DC and Spark AI are looking at, they cover all of the properties that Edgemode and Blackberry AIF have a JV deal on. Once sold, all of the dominoes will fall for the merger/acquistion to form Black AI. This should all occur by end of Q1. This, I believe, is why they agreed to continue the merger discussions "for up to six months"... timelines fit perfectly.

$EDGM Friday's rulings were positive for EDGM. NFA TRO Ruling (10/9/26), Case 0:26-cv-60096 Judge Leibowitz DENIED Adler Capital’s motion for a TRO/injunction against EdgeMode. The Sept 18 stay is lifted Key findings: Court ruled EdgeMode’s Series D Preferred (held by CEO Faulkner & CFO Wajcenberg, issued as salary comp) carries supermajority voting power — 25.5% each of “votes eligible to vote,” not limited to common stock. Combined = 51%+ control, independent of common dilution. Adler’s own witness conceded this reading at the hearing.

$EDGM Typical consolidation loan. Instead of 6 note holders, down to 1 note holder. Instead of 5 note holders diluting, down to 0 note holders diluting til January. The interest rate…. Still better than 6 interest rates combined. Just my opinion here. Big question remains…RS or signed deal! Which will happen first?

$EDGM Let me ask you, why would Mora be posting 2 days ago about the 100 million Equity line of credit they just pulled with Roth, and taking Black AI to Nasdaq, if these deals were not real?? Might take a lot longer than we anticipated for them to put everything together, its all legalese now, and fine print. Man, I think we are about to blow up. I think these deals are about to be signed. So, lets look Charlie, Sam, and Mora all have 1 billion plus in shares (I think they are scammers because they just gave themselves these shares out of thin air), but if you are going to set up a 100 mil equity line, you will be diluted to peanuts at these levels. This is why I think they are setting up for a huge pump on the back of these deals being signed, and that way they can keep a large portion of the company. Just PureDC deal alone will be worth 6 mil upfront, they are paying for RTB costs, and then 400 million Euros backend with profit share! MC is 1.5 million. Like, this is insane tbh!

$EDGM I got greedy and chose not to sell my position here when the market offered me 400k during the last spike to .007. Definitely feel like that was a mistake, but I don't beat myself up over it. The temptation to do so is very real, but I choose not to. #FoolishAndPatient.

$EDGM Whenever I start to wish I had cashed out more heavily during the most recent bump to .007, I remind myself that both of the stocks I absolutely would have bought heavily with those hypothetical dollars ($APLD & $BW) are both down a LOT since that time. All of which is to say...it's interesting how things shake out. Curious to see how it all plays out for us all.

$EDGM Waiting on news of the environmental permit from Dec. 2025, and waiting on the judgment news that throws out Adlers Counter claims. Both of these pieces of information should be dropping any day now.

$EDGM Tying to make sense of the silence. I know it wont make it to trial, but due to a trial date being set we might be in a pretrial "quiet period." Wouldn't make sense to drop PR on any site until litigation is over, as good news only gives Adler something to go after. I see opportunity here, add when I can.

$EDGM A masterclass in corporate storytelling. Edgemode appears to have developed a rather novel interpretation of the English language. Press releases: Acquired. Definitive. Ready. SEC filings: Memorandum. Lease. Non-binding. Of 24 Form 8-Ks reviewed, 12 contained no Item 1.01 disclosure of a material definitive agreement. Quite remarkable. Endless announcements, enormous projects, ever-increasing gigawatts. Rather less evidence of anything actually being completed. And when these grand ambitions fail to materialise? Not so much as an explanation. Simply move on to the next magnificent opportunity. One might reasonably conclude Edgemode’s principal business activity is announcing businesses it doesn’t yet possess. At this rate, they’ll have acquired half of Europe’s electricity supply before earning a penny. Still, why trouble oneself with binding contracts, financing or operational reality? If only press releases paid the bills.

$EDGM Hate to break it to a lot of you but the reality is we probably won't hear much for a couple months. Spark AI deal is still waiting on Spanish environmental approval...who knows how long that will take. That's the deal that moves everything. Pure DC is nice but understand that getting all of those sites RTB will take time as well. I still believe this is a worthwhile investment, just don't expect it to come to fruition in the very near term.

$EDGM I've set a few alerts on Fidelity for this stock to let me know if/when it starts moving again...and now I'm going to put it out of my mind and not be checking Stocktwits on the daily. See y'all on the other side. 🙂

$EDGM Please don't listen to this idiot! EdgeMode pulled a 1.3 million ClearThink convertible to pay off the prior 477k convertible note. Please note that the 1.3 million ClearThink Capital note is also convertible, in fact it has worse terms, because some of the promissory notes were 6%, whereas the new note will bear interest at 12%. Notice the note is for 1 million, the 300k is just interest and surcharge. So in order to pay off the old loan, EdgeMode took a 1 million loan with an additional 300k in interest and issuance fees to boot.
