$ETOR the market is pricing ETOR more like a struggling broker than a platform still growing its user base double digits. It has 1.2 billions in cash and ST investment for its mkt value of 2.1 billion.🤔

$ETOR the numbers are so interesting here, they have around $19 per share in cash alone so without their cash SP is $5 while their TTM EPS is $2.6 it is truly baffling and probably one of the cheapest companies that are still growing (last Q almost +20% funded accounts) and have amazing solvency and profitability scores. Tbf they don't really have moat, but with such MoS buying this for $24 is about as safe as it can get (-15% and you basically have just their cash and $0 EV) long term this can easily be a 15x stock even without a moat! (Only social aspect like copy trader is a moat but very light one) TL;DR You have P/E of 8x and EV P/E of 1.8x the market is pricing this like they were about to set that $1.3 billion on fire but they even increased their buyback program to $250. It's funny

$ETOR it's cheap only if crypto activity recovers. Otherwise it's a mid-teens P/E on a cyclical broker with shrinking margins, which is not an obvious bargain

$ETOR BofA reshuffled its broker targets ahead of Q3 earnings this morning: Robinhood's target lifted to 156 from 140, Coinbase's to 203 from 174, both kept at Buy. eToro went the other way: target cut to 39 from 46, Neutral kept (per TheFly). The number that stands out is the gap. eToro trades near 26, and the Street's average target of 47.60 implies roughly 85 percent upside. The widest gap of the three names, and the one BofA will not underwrite. The reason is the EPS record. Since going public, eToro has beaten estimates three times and missed three times across six quarterly reports, and the last one was a miss. Q3 is expected at 40 cents a share on 203 million in revenue. Down nearly 40 percent over the past 12 months.
