Main error in PEA is giving to eudialyte % metals of ore thus reducing by 83% revenue from valuable metals oxides . In scoping study another error on revenue , revenue from each metal ( Zr Nb TRE) is multiplied by 10*% of metal oxide in ore , globally revenue from valuable metals is reduced by 93% . in the 2 documents by some magics NPV is 3BS . There is other errors , some are rising NPV such as price 5 times today price for ZrO2 Y2O3 , and oversight of all costs and recoveries outside greenland ! Correcting errors i find NPV 27.8 B$ vs 3 B$ depreciati with that market value of crml after merge with Eur should be 27800*75%*80% +100+30+220+33=17 063 M$ with 75% effect of greenland taxes 20% depreciation vs Npv 100M$ crml cash 30M$ value of wolfsberg 220M$ eur cash 33M$ assets of eur now number of crml shares after merge
