Illinois-based Motiff, located in Chicago, is a provider of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered user interface design tools.The settlement agreement&nbsp;requires Motiff to cease selling the current version of its Motiff Editor Tool and any future products derived from it, globally, except in mainland China. In China, Motiff would sell its current Editor Tool for a year before reengineering and redesigning the product. Figma (FIG) shares&nbsp;surged&nbsp;in their Nasdaq debut on Thursday, marking a&nbsp;strong&nbsp;public market entry for the design and collaboration software firm nearly two years after its planned $20 billion acquisition by Adobe (ADBE) was abandoned.<a href="http://stocktwits.com/symbol/FIG">Figma’s stock</a> opened at&nbsp;$102&nbsp;and rose as much as&nbsp;200% from its IPO price of $33 per share.
