Being the first successful online cryptography currency, Bitcoin has inspired other alternative currencies such as Litecoin, Peercoin, Primecoin, and so on.  The cryptocurrency then took off with the innovation of the turing-complete smart contract by Ethereum which led to the development of other amazing projects such as EOS, Tron, and even crypto-collectibles such as CryptoKitties.

AMC Entertainment Holdings (AMC) on Tuesday entered into a comprehensive deal with key debt holders to reduce its debt load and resolve lingering legal disputes.<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/AMC">AMC Entertainment stock</a> traded over 6% lower in Tuesday’s premarket after the news.The agreement brings together multiple creditor groups representing significant portions of the company’s outstanding debt instruments.The arrangement includes $223.3 million in new funding primarily intended to refinance debt that comes due in 2026. Recreational Vehicle-Maker Winnebago Slumps On Weak Preliminary Q3 Report As Tariffs, Weak Demand Pressures Bite

RH (RH) CEO Gary Friedman downplayed the impact of Trump administration tariffs on the home-furnishings retailer, telling investors he doesn’t believe they will “stick.”&nbsp;However, Wall Street had a different reaction – sending RH stock plummeting 37% in afternoon trade on Wednesday, its worst single-day drop on record.“The reality is, I don’t think these tariffs are going to completely stick,” Friedman said on the company’s fourth-quarter (Q4) earnings call. “Leverage is how you win negotiations, not bluffing. If you’re these other countries, you’re going to start playing the few cards you have.”Friedman’s remarks came just hours after President Donald Trump announced sweeping tariff hikes, including a 25% duty on auto imports and a minimum 10% tariff on all U.S. trading partners. Chinese goods face the steepest increase, now subject to a 54% total levy.&nbsp;The S&amp;P 500 fell 3.1% following the news.While Friedman remained confident that RH could work with its suppliers to mitigate the impact of tariffs, analysts were far less optimistic. Wall Street swiftly downgraded the stock, citing added uncertainty to an already struggling company.Bank of America (BofA) cut RH’s rating to ‘Underperform’ from ‘Buy’ and slashed its price target to $130 from $410, warning that tariffs create major risks for inventory sourcing, margins, and overall demand.&nbsp;The brokerage also cautioned that RH’s fiscal 2025 revenue and&nbsp;earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) guidance could be “unachievable.”Meanwhile, Guggenheim lowered its price target&nbsp;on the stock to $300 from $500, though it maintained a ‘Buy’ rating. Shares of frozen foods maker Nomad Foods (NOMD) rose 4.5% on Monday after the company posted better-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings, but retail sentiment and chatter remained subdued.Nomad’s revenue increased 4.3% to €793 million ($846.8 million) in Q4 compared to the same period last year, surpassing the estimate of €792.81 million. Its organic revenue growth came in at 3.1% and volume growth increased by 4.7%, said the company.Its Q4 earnings per share stood at EUR 0.42 ($0.46), beating estimates of $0.39.For the full year 2025, Nomad Foods expects organic revenue growth of 1% and 3% and Adjusted EBITDA growth of 2%-4%. &nbsp;Adjusted 2025 EPS is now expected to be €1.85-€1.89, reflecting growth of 4% and 6%, versus its prior outlook of €1.81 and €1.85."Our 2024 results demonstrate the impact of our focused brand investments and operational excellence, marking our ninth consecutive year of sales and Adjusted EBITDA growth.
