$GANX We are on the eve of two major catalyst releases and mgt. updates provided soon: a) Phase 2 starts with any related funding announced along side. Can you imagine if it’s a Phase 2 Registrstionsl study (low expectations but Gene has not ruled this out) and can skip a Phase 3 study process; and they can go right to commercialization if the results are great b) 360 day data release (must still be under a Conference data release embargo). We won’t learn about the the data until after the Conference which begins in early Oct). Note: In Seoul, Korea I think a partnership looks promising - most likely $100MM - $200UMM up front with back ended milestones (loaded) and/or royalties based on meeting critical milestone and study data endpoints. $GANX If you don't believe tute manipulation/SP suppression isn't real: Over 1M of the shorted shares have covered within the last 10 weeks, while the SP has remained flat. Coupled with record low short borrow rates/newly minted supply of new shares, tutes are accumulating shares thru muliple channels--(options, pools/lit exchanges), due to low liquidity, while keeping the SP in the current consolidated range. The 8 figure vol. is the only way out of this sub $2 range, with the catalysts--(phs.2 initiation/360 day data) providing the spark. Otherwise, tutes will keep the sub $2 routine going until a BP deal drives this higher for good. Best to the longs.....

$GANX Interesting volume of the Sept. $1 calls, executed trades have been dialing off at 1 lot contracts, but continuously throughout the day, at a clip of 305+ contracts or 1/2 the O.I. Don't believe it's retail. A tute maybe silently trying to accumulate shares through the options with less capital at risk & a near 1/1 beta--.87+ delta. Or it could be delta hedging. If the O.I increases significantly tomorrow, it's a sign of positioning ahead of a possible bullish catalyst of unexpected info attached to the impending phs.2 initiation PR. Just an observation. $GANX I decided to utilize my extensive technical background to analyze GANX and it's kind of exciting. If we clear $1.82, we are wide open for a rally to $1.83.

Like I've said before, when a drug actually works, institutions will position themselves accordingly. What are we at now with previous filings? 20-25% ownership? Wait till we find out who's been chomping at their bit buying up 1-dollar calls. $GANX All other biotechs at the same conference posted their on-demand links on schedule, so it appears to be a Gain specific holdup rather than a conference-wide issue. Sounds like the possibility of good news coming soon. Someone wanting to act before Phase 2 begins and the 360 day data release.

$GANX Really was a great interview. Gives keen insight into his character. If you want to see a stark contrast between competence and lack thereof, listen to Gene speak and compare it to Maria, the Ceo of Annovis in her presentation last week. Something to be said about having a former respected analyst as your CEO who discovered and covered Biogen and Jazz pharmaceuticals sub a few dollars before the masses. Critical thinking...the objective, disciplined process of actively analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing information to make reasoned judgments and decisions. A critical thinker steps back to examine evidence, test logic, and consider alternative viewpoints.

Pharma will find no better pipeline than this. The more you know. Things can change in a split second. I sense if we knew the reality of discussions being had behind closed doors, the shares would already be trading closer to fair value...many multiples higher in my mind. The epiphany is likely growing imminent by the day, most especially with the early October presentation rapidly approaching. Stay the course.
