$GERN I was concerned about the de-emphasis in Geron's mission statement of the science of telomerase inhibition, but now I'm not. Aside from 's excellent point about a community/patient marketing focus, Geron's website still highlights the 2009 Nobel Prize for telomere research, along with the biotech's dedication to changing the course of blood cancers: "Imetelstat: stripping cancer cells of their immortality ... By inhibiting telomerase activity, imetelstat is designed to prevent the continued maintenance of telomeres, limiting the ability of cancer cells to continue dividing and potentially leading to cell death." I do think "meaningful moments" is weird phrasing for Geron's mission statement, but it coincides with their website's narrative: "We’re working to ... make a real difference in their lives ... [with] more conversations, more celebrations, more milestones, more ordinary days, and more time together."

$GERN I think everyone is missing a very important point with the FDA discussion and timeline. GERN is trtingnto reach consensus with BOTH the FDA and EMA. Gerring boths blessing on the change, whatever that may be, requires EMA to be onboars to and they never move fast

$GERN I read the following on AI regarding the IMpactMF trial but am not sure what it means: "If Geron delivers a raw hazard ratio of, say, 0.60, but a pharma buyer applies a crossover-adjustment model showing that the true hazard ratio without crossover would have been 0.45, the scientific validation is complete. A buyer will pay a premium for a drug that proves it can rescue patients where an older control arm completely failed."

$GERN We have been here before at the lows and always shoot back to the $1.50 - $1.60 level. Buy the dip and wait for the next earnings which i believe comes out in early Nov. Good luck to all.

$GERN with this latest “inducement grant”, I think $GERN has now officially doubled the number of their outstanding shares in the past 5 years. The only thing that makes me feel good about holding this dog is that nobody’s options granted during this time have gotten above water.

$GERN If the FDA had agreed to IMpactMF trial modifications, Geron already would have announced it. Harout Semerjian, the chairman, wants Geron's share price to rise, and a green light from the FDA would be fuel for a rise. I bet dollars to doughnuts that talks between the two have hit a snag, because it's taking too long a time.

$GERN Im back in at 1.21. Earnings projections were confirmed and raised slightly last quarter - while reaffirming that the bulk of the revenue is back-ended into the 2nd half of the year. That being accurate should make this $1.20 area an EXCELLENT entry point with strong near-term (Nov 4th) upside potential.
