The biologic medication’s cumulative worldwide net revenue in 2025 was about $6.4 billion, the company said.Alvotech also stated that it is currently developing AVT16, a proposed biosimilar to Entyvio for intravenous administration, while AVT80 is designed for subcutaneous administration.The Pharmacokinetic study for AVT80 is crucial to demonstrating clinical similarity between AVT16 and AVT80, the company added.<h2 class="st-heading-2">What Does Alvotech Do?</h2>Alvotech is a Reykjavik, Iceland-based biotechnology company that is focused exclusively on developing biosimilar medicines.The company has two biosimilars, Humira and Stelara, already approved and marketed in multiple markets around the world.
