The company expects diluted earnings per share in the range of $2.15 to $2.35.The company said that much of its growth came from cloud transceivers, optical circuit switches (OCS), and co-packaged optics (CPO).President and CEO of the company, Michael Hurlston, said in the earnings release that while the company’s forward guidance calls for more than 85% revenue growth, the company is only starting out on opportunities in its OCS and CPO segments.“In OCS, we are scaling rapidly to meet extraordinary customer demand that has already driven our backlog well beyond $400 million. In CPO, we received an incremental multi-hundred-million-dollar order, deliverable in the first half of the calendar 2027,” Hurlston said.Following its earnings release, the company received multiple price target updates. CLF Stock Garners Retail Attention Amid CEO Share Dump, Tariff Uncertainty

Pinterest said it expects Q1 revenue to be in the range of $951 million to $971 million, while the consensus estimate stood at $981.28 million.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Price Target Cuts, Downgrades Pour In</h2>Pinterest’s Q4 revenue miss and the weak Q1 forecast led to a series of price target cuts and downgrades. Analysts at Evercore ISI trimmed the price target for Pinterest to $25 from $40, while downgrading the stock to ‘In Line’ from ‘Outperform’.The firm said Pinterest’s fundamentals are “clearly deteriorating,” with the company’s revenue decelerating over the past three quarters. Pinterest’s revenue growth slipped from 17% year-on-year in the second quarter (Q2) to 16% in the third quarter (Q3) and 13% in Q4. The company now expects 11% to 14% revenue growth in Q1, with a midpoint of 12.5%, suggesting another quarter of decelerating growth.Analysts at BofA downgraded Pinterest to ‘Neutral’ from ‘Buy’ while trimming the price target to $19 from $39. The firm said it expects AI-driven rivals such as Alphabet Inc.’s (GOOG, GOOGL) and OpenAI to become increasingly competitive, and that Pinterest’s margin expansion cycle appears to have reached an end.Barclays cut its price target for Pinterest to $25 from $36 while keeping an ‘Equal Weight’ rating. The firm said that Pinterest is in a “challenging spot” amid the AI disruption narrative.Loop Capital analysts downgraded Pinterest to ‘Hold’ from ‘Buy’, while trimming the price target by 60% to $18 from $45. Wyshner has been replaced by Harsh Chugh, who has been named as interim CFO. Mark Ringes has been named Interim General Counsel.In a separate release, the company said that its Audit Committee is reviewing cash management, disclosures, and internal financial controls, following voluntary document requests from the Division of Enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). As a result, Kyndryl said it needs more time to complete its evaluation, which will delay the filing of its Form 10-Q.Kyndryl said it expects to report material weaknesses in its internal control over financial reporting in the upcoming quarterly report, as well as for fiscal year 2025 and the first two quarters of fiscal 2026.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Kyndryl&nbsp;Cuts FY2026 Earnings Guidance</h2>Kyndryl expects fiscal 2026 adjusted pretax income between $575 million and $600 million, significantly below its previous guidance of at least $725 million. The company also cut its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margin to 17.5% from 18%. The company now expects a 2% to 3% decline in constant-currency revenue, compared to 1% growth it had forecast earlier.While third-quarter (Q3) revenue came in at $3.86 billion, marginally below Wall Street’s $3.89 billion estimate, according to Fiscal.ai data, its earnings of $0.25 per share were less than half the Street's $0.67 per share estimate.Oppenheimer downgraded Kyndryl to “Perform” from “Outperform” and removed its prior price target, according to The Fly. Analysts were expecting the company to report a loss per share of $0.62.“Our performance in 2025 was negatively affected by persistently weak production levels from the automotive sector throughout the entire year, an expiring five-year slab contract becoming value-destructive during its last year, and a newly adverse dynamic in the Canadian market,” said Lourenco Goncalves, Cleveland-Cliffs’ Chairman, President, and CEO.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Deal Update</h2>Investors were looking for updates on Cleveland-Cliffs’ deal with Korea’s largest steelmaker POSCO, which was initially announced in October 2025.While the company reiterated its timeline of targeting a definitive agreement in the first half of 2026, adding that the deal remains its top strategic priority, no other meaningful updates were provided.Goncalves added in a call with investors that the engagement between the two companies is “active and ongoing” and that the “duration of these negotiations reflects the seriousness and potential scale of the opportunity.”<h2 class="st-heading-2">2026 Outlook</h2>While Cleveland-Cliffs did not provide revenue and earnings guidance, the company said that it expects steel shipment volumes of about 16.5 million - 17.0 million net tons, marginally above 2025 volumes of 16.2 million net tons.The company also said that it expects steel unit cost reductions of about $10 per net ton compared to 2025, and announced capital expenditures of about $700 million in 2026.Cleveland-Cliffs said that its Q4 price realization fell by around $40 per net ton due to lagging indices on spot prices declining, automotive volume falling, and slab prices becoming more disconnected.
