(META).According to a <a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2026-02-24/coreweave-seeks-8-5-billion-loan-from-banks-backed-by-meta-deal">report</a> from Bloomberg, which cited people familiar with the matter, the proposed deal would be a delayed-draw term loan that would be backed by a previously-signed contract with Meta under which the company agreed to pay CoreWeave up to $14.2 billion for its services.The deal would also be backed by a separate, previously unreported agreement between the two companies valued at over $5 billion, according to people cited in the report.Morgan Stanley and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. are among the banks that CoreWeave is looking to raise the funds from, and the deal is expected to close in March, as per the report.<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/CRWV">Shares of CRWV</a> closed 9.3% higher on Tuesday, climbing 0.08% higher after-hours at the time of writing.<h2 class="st-heading-2">The Meta Advantage</h2>Although CoreWeave has a speculative-grade credit rating from top credit agencies, including Meta in its loan application will likely boost it to an investment-grade rating on the loan, as per the people cited in the Bloomberg report.This would result in lower borrowing costs. The company is discussing the new loan’s pricing at about 2.25 percentage points above the Secured Overnight Financing Rate. (RDDT) posted strong fourth-quarter (Q4) results on Thursday, with revenue jumping 70% and diluted earnings per share increasing a whopping 244%.However, some analysts on Wall Street have lowered their price targets on the social media company despite its Q4 earnings as well as guidance for the upcoming quarter beating estimates due to overall pressure in the sector.Shares of RDDT were down over 2.4% at the time of writing, paring some gains from the previous day.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Street Rationale</h2>Baird lowered its price target on Reddit to $200 from $240, and maintained a ‘Neutral’ rating on the shares, saying it updated its model after its quarterly results and outlook.Bank of America also lowered its price target on Reddit to $205 from $210 and kept a ‘Neutral’ rating on the shares, saying that while the company had another strong quarter driven by improving ad performance and several positive drivers in 2026, the stock still carries a premium valuation that it sees anticipating near-term upside.The analyst said that even though it is raising estimates to reflect strong advertiser demand, it has lowered its target due to multiple compressions in the online media sector.Goldman Sachs cut the price target on Reddit to $206 from $236, while maintaining a ‘Neutral’ rating on the shares. The analyst highlighted the strength in Reddit's Q4 results and noted that the company's near-term focus is on converting users to logged-in engagement, sustaining ad revenue growth, and balancing growth with margins, while long-term prospects were still tied to secular trends in digital advertising and artificial intelligence.Bernstein lowered the price target on Reddit to $190 from $210 and kept a ‘Market Perform’ rating on the shares, saying that updates on the roadmap for data licensing deals highlighted towards the end of 2025 were "curiously missing" from the earnings call. The analyst also noted that the management suggested a change in framing from licensing deals to partnerships as they redefine how to participate in new journeys.Evercore ISI analyst Mark Mahaney also lowered the price target on Reddit to $290 from $320 and kept an ‘Outperform’ rating on the shares, citing sector-wide de-ratings as the cause. However, the "outlook remains robust," the analyst said.Oppenheimer, Cantor Fitzgerald, Piper Sandler, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan were among other analysts that lowered their ratings.However, Truist analyst Youssef Squali raised the price target on Reddit to $275 from $270 and kept a ‘Buy’ rating on the shares following a strong Q4 beat and a Q1 guidance. The analyst said the results comfortably exceeded consensus estimates and noted that, despite the rise of Gen-AI, Reddit remains the platform for authentic human conversations with several initiatives sustaining its superior growth and share gains.B. Riley also upped the firm's price target to $250 from $245 and maintained a ‘Buy’ rating on the shares, saying it remains bullish on Reddit after its "strong" Q4 beat and better-than-expected Q1 outlook.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Q4 Earnings Snapshot</h2>Reddit <a href="https://stocktwits.com/news-articles/markets/equity/reddit-shares-are-rallying-today-after-strong-q4-2025-results/cZbZlW1R4n4">reported</a> total revenue of $726 million, beating analysts’ estimates of $667 million, according to data from Fiscal.ai. Neptune Insurance Holdings Inc.’s (NP) shares made a strong debut on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, listing at $22.5 apiece.At the time of writing,&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/NP">Neptune Insurance’s shares</a> were hovering at $22.83, or 14% higher compared to the issue price of $20.The St. Petersburg, Florida-based insurer raised $368 million through the IPO, with 18.42 million shares on offer.Founded in 2018, Neptune is one of the largest private flood insurance providers in the U.S. It uses artificial intelligence to make risk assessments for properties. According to the company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Neptune uses an AI-powered underwriting agent called Triton to generate quotes and assess risks. The company stated that Triton processes more than 20,000 quotes on a typical day and has generated over 29.7 million quotes as of June 30.Neptune’s debut on the NYSE comes at a time when the U.S. government has entered a shutdown, resulting in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) not accepting any applications or processing new claims. “Neptune is open for business. We can help the 1,300 people every day who are trying to close on their homes who need flood insurance or required to have flood insurance,” Neptune’s chairman and CEO, Trevor Burgess, said in an interview with&nbsp;<a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.cnbc.com/2025/10/01/neptune-flood-ipo-government-shutdown.html">CNBC</a>.“We tell the truth to consumers. If we say that it’s $200 a year, it’s pretty low risk. If we say it’s $12,000, that’s pretty high risk. And if we say, ‘No, [we won’t cover you]’, you should move,” Burgess added.Neptune’s IPO is the latest in a growing line of companies debuting on the stock market. Fermi LLC launched its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday, aiming to raise $550 million at a valuation of $13 billion.Co-founded by former U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry, Fermi is offering 25 million shares priced between $18 and $22, according to the company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).Fermi, which is a real estate investment trust (REIT), will be renamed Fermi Inc.&nbsp;from its existing name, Fermi LLC, and the stock will list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and the London Stock Exchange under the ticker “FRMI,” the company said in its filing. It was co-founded by Rick Perry, Toby Neugebauer, and Griffin Perry in January.Rick Perry was the Governor of Texas and served as the Energy Secretary in President Donald Trump’s first term.Fermi said in its filing that it intends to support the continued growth and development of its business, hire personnel, and increase its financial flexibility. Apart from this, the firm also intends to use the proceeds toward&nbsp;other general corporate purposes, including the procurement, construction, and installation of long lead-time items.The company also stated that it intends to have up to 11 gigawatts of power available to cater to data centers by 2038. It aims to achieve this through a combination of various power sources, including natural gas, solar energy, and nuclear power.Since its founding in January, the Texas-based company reported a net loss of $6.4 million through June, according to the SEC filing. This includes $3.6 million in share-based compensation expense and $2.1 million in general and administrative expenses.
