This includes the shares of Pershing Square USA, a closed-end fund, as well as those of Pershing Square Capital Management, a hedge fund.For every 100 shares subscribed by investors through the IPO, they will also receive 20 shares of the hedge fund. Investors participating in the $2.8 billion private placement will receive 30 shares of the hedge fund for every 100 shares of the closed-end fund, according to the filing.Investors will be able to subscribe to the company's shares at $50 apiece. Pershing Square common shares trade under the symbol “PS” while the closed-end fund’s shares will trade under the symbol “PSUS.”<h2 class="st-heading-2">Ackman’s Pivot</h2>The Pershing Square IPO filing comes after Ackman’s attempt to list the closed-end fund at a valuation of $25 billion fell apart in 2024.Ackman stated in a July 2024 letter to shareholders that there is an “enormous” sensitivity to the size of the transaction.“Particularly in light of the novelty of the structure and closed-end funds’ very negative trading history, it requires a significant leap of faith and ultimately careful analysis and judgment for investors to recognize that this closed-end company will trade at a premium after the IPO when very few in history have done so,” he said.The investor has cited Warren Buffett as his inspiration behind launching Pershing Square, according to a CNBC&nbsp;<a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.cnbc.com/2024/07/14/ackman-says-buffetts-career-inspired-him-to-ipo-pershing-square-funds.html">report</a>. “I found eventually copies of the early Buffett partnership letters, which told an interesting story. Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square Files For IPO After A Delay Of More Than A Year

(META).According to a <a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2026-02-24/coreweave-seeks-8-5-billion-loan-from-banks-backed-by-meta-deal">report</a> from Bloomberg, which cited people familiar with the matter, the proposed deal would be a delayed-draw term loan that would be backed by a previously-signed contract with Meta under which the company agreed to pay CoreWeave up to $14.2 billion for its services.The deal would also be backed by a separate, previously unreported agreement between the two companies valued at over $5 billion, according to people cited in the report.Morgan Stanley and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. are among the banks that CoreWeave is looking to raise the funds from, and the deal is expected to close in March, as per the report.<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/CRWV">Shares of CRWV</a> closed 9.3% higher on Tuesday, climbing 0.08% higher after-hours at the time of writing.<h2 class="st-heading-2">The Meta Advantage</h2>Although CoreWeave has a speculative-grade credit rating from top credit agencies, including Meta in its loan application will likely boost it to an investment-grade rating on the loan, as per the people cited in the Bloomberg report.This would result in lower borrowing costs. The company is discussing the new loan’s pricing at about 2.25 percentage points above the Secured Overnight Financing Rate. This is likely to be an interest rate of about 6% at current levels, as per the people.Although the new loan does not require a parent guarantee given the strength of Meta’s contracts, CoreWeave is still expected to reflect it on its balance sheet for transparency, the report added.Morgan Stanley and MUFG are privately syndicating the loan to additional lenders, as per the report.<h2 class="st-heading-2">How Did Users React On Stocktwits?</h2>On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around CRWV shares remained in the ‘bullish’ territory over the past 24 hours amid ‘high’ message volumes.The company is expected to report fourth-quarter (Q4) earnings on Thursday. The analyst highlighted the strength in Reddit's Q4 results and noted that the company's near-term focus is on converting users to logged-in engagement, sustaining ad revenue growth, and balancing growth with margins, while long-term prospects were still tied to secular trends in digital advertising and artificial intelligence.Bernstein lowered the price target on Reddit to $190 from $210 and kept a ‘Market Perform’ rating on the shares, saying that updates on the roadmap for data licensing deals highlighted towards the end of 2025 were "curiously missing" from the earnings call. The analyst also noted that the management suggested a change in framing from licensing deals to partnerships as they redefine how to participate in new journeys.Evercore ISI analyst Mark Mahaney also lowered the price target on Reddit to $290 from $320 and kept an ‘Outperform’ rating on the shares, citing sector-wide de-ratings as the cause. Neptune Insurance Holdings Inc.’s (NP) shares made a strong debut on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, listing at $22.5 apiece.At the time of writing,&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/NP">Neptune Insurance’s shares</a> were hovering at $22.83, or 14% higher compared to the issue price of $20.The St. Petersburg, Florida-based insurer raised $368 million through the IPO, with 18.42 million shares on offer.Founded in 2018, Neptune is one of the largest private flood insurance providers in the U.S. It uses artificial intelligence to make risk assessments for properties. According to the company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Neptune uses an AI-powered underwriting agent called Triton to generate quotes and assess risks. The company stated that Triton processes more than 20,000 quotes on a typical day and has generated over 29.7 million quotes as of June 30.Neptune’s debut on the NYSE comes at a time when the U.S. government has entered a shutdown, resulting in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) not accepting any applications or processing new claims. “Neptune is open for business. We can help the 1,300 people every day who are trying to close on their homes who need flood insurance or required to have flood insurance,” Neptune’s chairman and CEO, Trevor Burgess, said in an interview with&nbsp;<a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.cnbc.com/2025/10/01/neptune-flood-ipo-government-shutdown.html">CNBC</a>.“We tell the truth to consumers. If we say that it’s $200 a year, it’s pretty low risk. If we say it’s $12,000, that’s pretty high risk. Neptune Insurance Stock Makes A Strong Debut On NYSE

The St. Petersburg, Florida-based insurer raised $368 million through the IPO, with 18.42 million shares on offer.

Fermi LLC launched its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday, aiming to raise $550 million at a valuation of $13 billion.Co-founded by former U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry, Fermi is offering 25 million shares priced between $18 and $22, according to the company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).Fermi, which is a real estate investment trust (REIT), will be renamed Fermi Inc.&nbsp;from its existing name, Fermi LLC, and the stock will list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and the London Stock Exchange under the ticker “FRMI,” the company said in its filing. It was co-founded by Rick Perry, Toby Neugebauer, and Griffin Perry in January.Rick Perry was the Governor of Texas and served as the Energy Secretary in President Donald Trump’s first term.Fermi said in its filing that it intends to support the continued growth and development of its business, hire personnel, and increase its financial flexibility. Apart from this, the firm also intends to use the proceeds toward&nbsp;other general corporate purposes, including the procurement, construction, and installation of long lead-time items.The company also stated that it intends to have up to 11 gigawatts of power available to cater to data centers by 2038. It aims to achieve this through a combination of various power sources, including natural gas, solar energy, and nuclear power.Since its founding in January, the Texas-based company reported a net loss of $6.4 million through June, according to the SEC filing. This includes $3.6 million in share-based compensation expense and $2.1 million in general and administrative expenses.
