Drone Maker Aevex Shares Surge 22% In NYSE Debut, Valuation Hits $2.7B

However, he shelved the plans, citing “enormous” sensitivity to the transaction size, in a letter to shareholders in July 2024.Pershing Square has about $30.7 billion in assets under management. This includes the shares of Pershing Square USA, a closed-end fund, as well as those of Pershing Square Capital Management, a hedge fund.For every 100 shares subscribed by investors through the IPO, they will also receive 20 shares of the hedge fund. Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square Files For IPO After A Delay Of More Than A Year

The company is discussing the new loan’s pricing at about 2.25 percentage points above the Secured Overnight Financing Rate.
