On Stocktwits, retail sentiment moved higher within the ‘bullish’ zone.According to a&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.wsj.com/world/americas/trump-administration-greenlights-chevron-to-resume-pumping-oil-in-venezuela-0353262b">report</a> by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), the agreement’s terms remain unclear.
