$NEUP Oct 27 is the expiration of the poison pill.  Lynx still is holding their shares.  Is there any chance after the Oct 27 poison pill expires that they accumulate more to go above 50% and try to cancel the entire merger w/ Scancell?  Anyone more familiar with how this works?

$NEUP Been very quiet here.  In the ST board, but also no new filings from the company.  Are we all still in agreement that this should be worth 4.40/share + ?   I'm surprised there has been no run-up yet.

$NEUP How much cash do you guys estimate they have burned this quarter? I used their R&D and G&A expenses from the year ended June 30, 2026 divided by 4 to roughly estimate they will burn $2.75M this quarter. Anyone come up with a better model?
