$NN one thing I will admit to being wrong about is the timing there’s a reason for this, but I’m not gonna get into insulting administration that’s about to hand me a huge windfall. Here’s my rationale for why it’s coming tomorrow I could be wrong but to me it seems awkward and procedurally difficult to include NN bands in the d2d nprm without the fcc proposing how they will be used at the same time. They added 1675-1680 to d2d last week with the 1675-1680 nprm same day. How could people comment on the d2d nprm without the NN nprm. I guess they could ask commenters to base it solely on the NN petition request but it’s clumsy. I think if they add nn to d2d the will do nprm also

$NN for both longs and shorts can we at least be honest that there must be real movement on the NPRM bc you are having random letters coming from a consortium of opponents days before an agenda update, one month in front of the midterms? Can we all agree that something is at least going on that would make the opponents worried enough to put something on the record... the low stock price is the hedge to the event... it's been dead money for 2 years... the co has 0 debt and 250+mm cash... still the same bet it's been for last few years but no ticking liquidity clock... we will grind higher in to next months agenda and do the dance all over again

$NN when the money is made right here. Have to believe in your initial thesis. I remembered thinking this will never go below $16 again a few months ago. I wanted to buy at that price. I will definitely buy now. So hard to find such great asymmetric opportunity these days...
