$PONGF Oh boy. PDubs has sounded an alarm at a new level. Downgraded to Expert Market Only. No trade info even published. There is the obvious bear case for this. Delisting. Going private. Buy Out (we hope; were our votes even counted in the last meeting?) The glass half full (perhaps insane) optimist view is we are on the path to a true US listing. ADR? Management has given no signals it wants any US listing or US investor coverage though? ...but maybe that it is the method to the madness. Regardless, this has been a painful 5+ years and this is another incident on the timeline with no communication. I hope Wade Rosen understands this. Very silly for him to talk about building trust when he ignores his very own shareholders.

$PONGF Relax. Share price does not matter. Atari was short circuited on Euronext today. 0.07 Euros pre R/S. Must be anticpation of more dilution, poor earnings, or worse or all of the above? Relax. Share price does not matter.

$PONGF The upgrade on OTC has led to more realistic spreads. ($15.30 / $20.22) Also, stock is rebound to 16 Euros today. Much more to claw back from the RTS and the Atari investor price level/floor....but it is a start.

This all started on January 2022, Due to Rosens failure to comply with SEC Rule 15c2-11, Atari shares lost their public quote on the U.S. over-the-counter (OTC). The shares crashed TO an eventual low of $.10 in May of 22. (Pre 1 for 200) Due to the many direlections of their duties, including, lack of transparency, reduced exposure, loss of liquidity the public shareholders suffered significant losses, and massive dilution in ownership.

$PONGF 10 EUR/sh would be with an additional good measure for some 2 EUR bounce. Maybe. But they truly need to demonstrate cash flow positive and actually having positive working capital next ER. Sort of another stawk/capitalization reset (or internal BK, wiping off SH once again).
