$PONGF Encouraging we have movement here before the mid-year books close. However, we saw this in June of 2025. Atari tried to raise 8M. Landed 1.3M. This time is seeks 39.5M and has landed 16.2M so far. Much better. The use of Atari Interactive , a subsidiary of ATARI SA, is very slick. The debt box is checked, not equity. There is no dilution to ALATA holders. So they will use this for 1) new acquisitions 2) debt clearing / restructuring 3) Cash to run (remember, Wade pays himself interest,so don't feel sorry for him) Let's see how Europe reacts on Monday morning. Given all the hiring, studio gobbling, and European HQ move, you would think some sharks would love to buy themselves some ALATA on EURONEXT even if retail is "dumb" and "unaware."
