Bitcoin Cash is a hard fork of Bitcoin with a protocol upgrade to fix on-chain capacity. Bitcoin Cash intends to be a Bitcoin without Segregated Witness (SegWit) as soft fork, where upgrades of the protocol are done mainly through hard forks and without changing the original economic rules of the Bitcoin.  Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is released on 1st August 2017 as an upgraded version of the original Bitcoin Core software. The main upgrade is the increase in the block size limit from 1MB to 8MB. This effectively allows miners on the BCH chain to process up to 8 times more payments per second in comparison to Bitcoin. This makes for faster, cheaper transactions and a much smoother user experience.  Why was Bitcoin Cash Created?  The main objective of Bitcoin Cash is to to bring back the essential qualities of money inherent in the original Bitcoin software. Over the years, these qualities were filtered out of Bitcoin Core and progress was stifled by various people, organizations, and companies involved in Bitcoin protocol development. The result is that Bitcoin Core is currently unusable as money due to increasingly high fees per transactions and transfer times taking hours to complete. This is all because of the 1MB limitation of Bitcoin Core’s block size, causing it unable to accommodate to large number of transactions.  Essentially Bitcoin Cash is a community-activated upgrade (otherwise known as a hard fork) of Bitcoin that increased the block size to 8MB, solving the scaling issues that plague Bitcoin Core today. (<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/OKLO">OKLO</a>) on Tuesday said that the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has approved the Nuclear Safety Design Agreement (NSDA) for Atomic Alchemy’s Groves Isotopes Test Reactor in Texas under the DOE’s Reactor Pilot Program (RPP).&nbsp;</p><p>The NSDA approval for Oklo’s wholly owned subsidiary follows the announcement of the signing of the Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) for the facility in January, and is a major milestone in DOE’s RPP authorization pathway, designed to speed execution and help expand U.S. industrial capacity through a framework that supports swift, scalable deployment, the firm said.&nbsp;</p><p>“With DOE’s approval, we are making meaningful progress in the development of this isotope facility,” said Jacob DeWitte, co-founder and CEO of Oklo.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Facility Details</h2><p>With the NSDA approved, the facility moves into the next phase of project execution under DOE oversight by submitting its Preliminary Documented Safety Analysis (PDSA) for review. Atomic Alchemy is targeting criticality for the Groves facility by July 4, 2026.</p><p>The site is located near Lockhart in Caldwell County, Texas, and is part of the planned Proto-Town Innovation Hub, a development intended to host demonstrations of new construction technologies and full-scale prototype buildings.</p><p>The facility will help lay the groundwork for future commercial plants in the United States that produce isotopes to support cancer diagnosis and treatment, advanced manufacturing, scientific research, space exploration, and national security needs, the statement said.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">FY25 Results</h2><p>The company reported FY25 net loss per share of $0.72, compared to $0.74 in FY24. <ul class="summary-bullets"><li>The government alleged that Adobe violated ROSCA by using fine print and inconspicuous hyperlinks to hide important information about Adobe’s subscription plans.</li><li>The complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.&nbsp;</li><li>The government also alleged that Adobe thwarted subscribers’ attempts to cancel their subscriptions.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>The U.S. ‌Justice ‌Department said on ​Friday that Adobe has ‌agreed&nbsp;⁠to a $150 million&nbsp;⁠settlement ​to ​resolve allegations ‌that the software company’s subscription practices violated ‌the ​Restore ​Online ​Shoppers' ‌Confidence Act (ROSCA).&nbsp;</p><p>The DOJ said that in addition to civil penalties and free services, Adobe will be required to clearly disclose any early termination fee and how the fee is calculated before enrolling customers in subscriptions.&nbsp;</p><p>For any free trial lasting longer than seven days, Adobe must also remind customers before converting them into a paid subscription with an early termination fee. Furthermore, Adobe will be required to provide its subscribers with easy ways to cancel their subscriptions.&nbsp;</p><p>“American consumers deserve the right to make informed choices when deciding where to spend their hard-earned money,” said Assistant Attorney General Brett A. Shumate, head of the Justice Department’s Civil Division. “The Justice Department will strongly oppose any attempt to harm Americans with deceptive and unfair business practices.”</p><p>Shares in the company closed 7.6% down on Friday, and were marginally up during the extended hours of trading.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">The Allegations</h2><p>In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the government alleged that Adobe violated ROSCA by using fine print and inconspicuous hyperlinks to hide important information about Adobe’s subscription plans, including information about a hefty Early Termination Fee that customers may be charged when they cancel their subscriptions.&nbsp;</p><p>The government also alleged that Adobe thwarted subscribers’ attempts to cancel, subjecting them to convoluted and inefficient cancellation processes filled with unnecessary steps, delays, unsolicited offers, and warnings.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Retail Reaction</h2><p>Retail reaction around ADBE trended in ‘extremely bullish’ territory amid ‘extremely high’ message volume.</p><p>Shares in the company have risen 29% over the past year.&nbsp;</p>

David Fincher has already used the products on an upcoming film starring Brad Pitt, the report said.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Deal&nbsp;</h2><p>Netflix last week announced that it is buying InterPositive. The acquisition is also one of the largest AI deals by a major Hollywood studio.&nbsp;</p><p>Netflix during the announcement did not disclose the value of the deal. As part of the deal, Netflix had said that it is bringing InterPositive’s entire team into Netflix through this acquisition, and Affleck will join as Senior Advisor.&nbsp;</p><p>“Our approach to AI has always been focused on meaningfully serving the needs of the creative community and our members. The InterPositive team is joining Netflix because of our shared belief that innovation should empower storytellers, not replace them,” said Elizabeth Stone, Netflix Chief Product and Technology Officer.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Deal After Failed WBD Bid</h2><p>The deal came after Netflix’s months-long pursuit to buy Warner Bros. Discovery which ultimately failed.
