Where are its last ten years of financial statements, revenues, profits and liabilities? Does Alpha have liens, judgments or debts? Why its BBB F rating? What is SNRY paying for Alpha, what verified assets and revenue will shareholders receive, how much dilution is expected, who controls SNRY's preferred shares, and what supports its $100 million valuation target?
