$SOAR Their compliance issues have to do with stockholder equity. Liabilities against assets. Has to be atleast 4 million. They’re just under that right now. That $40 million prepayment will take care of that. A reverse split would accomplish nothing in regards to their compliance issues. I know it’s been voted on and all they have to do is pull the trigger, I just don’t see the point. The .25 cent rule doesn’t go into effect until mid next year either. Seems more likely to me they would let the next pr play out before thinking about a reverse split since the deadline is December 17 and the $40 mil prepayment could arrive anytime now. But who the hell knows. Just thinking out loud

$SOAR News of this after the close on Friday and not much of an increase of shares traded after hours. Will have to wait and see if this translates into a wave of selling on Monday. The back and forth on this is frustrating to say the least.

$SOAR not sure how many people have done due diligence on the PR. The company wasn’t directly named for a variety of reasons. NDA’s/competitive secrecy. Likely customers: 1) META - why - A. Meta is a massive corporate buyer of AMD Instinct accelerators as part of its explicit strategy to break away from its heavy dependence on Nvidia hardware. B. Meta's entire AI thesis is built on open-weight models (like Llama). Volato's press release explicitly emphasized a market shift toward "open-weight models" and the need for dedicated infrastructure to run them . C. They definitely have the money. 2) Anthropic - why- A. Anthropic is aggressively scaling up infrastructure to keep pace with OpenAI. They have actively pursued diverse cloud and cluster architectures to optimize training B. They have the money. Less likely: 1) OpenAI 2) xAI Eventually when the customer is revealed, the potential is serious. Only major corporations would invest over 1 billion in 4 years for Ai.
