$TOON Just a peek into Kartoon Studio's offsite Board of Directors meeting. Andy planned this a few weeks ago. A lot of things were discussed...navigating CVS Pharmacy using the CVS app, advances in Wheelchair technology, even streching exercises of people over 80. 🙂😂

$TOON what baffles me is that kartoon studios owns the IP to Bee and Puppy Cat, Reboot, and Catbug which are proven IP with a following. Following the subreddits and instagram page the Reels and shorts get a ton of views. Why not invest the new settlement money on proven IP? if Bee and Puppycat consistently pumped out content in a timley manner it would be as massive as a following as Stevens Universe which came out around the same time and has a same vibe which is a common discussion on bee and puppycat subreddit. Im hoping they utilize this new settlement money towards these ips or even the Mainframe in Development ips. Im not so bullish or sure about super hero pets (similar to paw patrol) and bitcoin brigade. Time will tell with the Winnie Project but we wont know till atleast 6 months after release the numbers

$TOON what the shareholders have been asked to vote on tells a story, item 3 - issuing equity, item 4 awarding the board and the cherry is item 5 - if we don't like how the vote went do you vote that we can overturn your vote (essentially) - hate this company, no wonder they did a poison pill, bunch of crooks.

$TOON what does this company offer at this point, is there any real upside/future? I’ve been here for like 8 years and man it’s never been good news

$TOON shhh*t. Come on guys, more enthusiasm. When indices are about to crash, shouldn't these little (cash rich) non-performer do some funny moves up? At least they have more than enough for nice team building sessions on Hawaii :)

$TOON OK, I will start once again accumulation. Selling above 89c, but depending on mood. Holding if they make some story again to make it run like in the good ole time lol :) Otherwise, just net net cash SP waves. Still not a fan of Andy lol.

$TOON after 6 years I pulled out today. This company has some potential, but Ive lost all faith in the CEO doing anything good for shareholders. He simply does not deserve faith or trust. Good luck to all. 🫡

$TOON I may be bearish on Andy and his leadership as a CEO...but I'll go on my own and say I love the new Winnie the Pooh that TOON came up with. I don't care if it was AI generated. All those characters are cute AF. If I had to buy a kids gift and these plush toys were available at Walmart or Target...I would 100% buy them for kids 2-4. That other show Stan Lee Super Pets?? Equally awesome if it actually becomes something. I love it. Well, that is just me. Again, not speaking about Andy or the company just these these kids characters in this graphic that shared...

$TOON Kartoon Channel links to something called Toon Goggles now. Did Andy buy that too? They look identical, by the way.

$TOON Reasons Andy Heyward will burn in hell. 1. Genius Brands (since changed to TOON so he could distance himself from the con) heavily marketed a non-Marvel superhero cartoon featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger as a "Stan Lee project". 2. This branding, alongside many articulated comparisons to Disney and Marvel, helped skyrocket Genius Brands' stock from 31 cents to over $10 per share. 3. During this artificial peak, Heyward sold over 400,000 shares, profiting generously. 4. After investors realized the project lacked true Marvel backing, the stock crashed by 80% (and eventually 99.98%). This wiped out many who had put faith in the unqualified CEO pretending to care about content for children. This guy is nothing but a liar. He is a disgrace to his father's legacy. People who associate with him put their moral characters in jeopardy and people who work with him are complicit in his crimes and deceit. To thrive the company needs to distance itself from him and his reputation.

$TOON Send a message. VOTE NO on 3, 4, 5 and 6. #5 is BS and should be illegal. They already pulled that crap at least once on us.

$TOON The answer is probably because Heyward wasn't invovled in their creation and his name isn't on the credits.

$TOON Heyward is a criminal. he is a thief that steals money from people who put their own earnings into a story he sells. it is a story where he makes you think he is creative and has the ability to run a business. he expects the money to come from those he has and will deceive. his quote from his own mouth "I don't care about share price'. this is the CEO. this is the CEO whose childish trademark is to match his glasses to his shirt. this does not make him creative.

$TOON Business 101 if a division is profitable double down and expand. Andy 101, Mainframe is profitable so we have to shut down the division. 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

$TOON hahaha nice catch about Andy’s dad. Fun fact his dad was a VP at Hanna Barbera, Andy started as a nepo baby. He claims “grit,” but fails to mention daddy.

$TOON I keep seeing the name "Todd" next to stories that sound bad and/or dumb. What's his deal?

$TOON our CEO is posting on LinkedIn now to about what 50 people in hopes that it will save his charade of caring. Recently the idiot posted "I don't consider what I do work". I got news for you dipsh*t, nobody thinks you're working so you got that right. Just go away already.

$TOON when this drops below 60 cents I will buy and once the PRs promote that "business presentation" I'll sell at 70 cents. nobody cares, bill out.

$TOON Andy deserves a big thank you from TOON shareholders. Andy ‘managed’ somehow to lose only -99.88% of SP🥶🥶🥶 It could have been much worse! Like losing 100% of SP!
