$TOON Just an update: I still haven’t received a response to my email, so I plan on sending a second request next week. Working in Corporate America, I know immediate replies are rare, so I’ll give Ted Avayas from Cresendo Communications a week to respond. The email I sent yesterday or the day before had four questions, though they got cut off in the picture below—but you’ll remember them. There’s no way I could have written something like that on my own, so Copilot did a great job; I think the words are really good. I’m determined to be a pain in the ass to TOON and investor relations. I’ve got the time, and I’m going to do it. Even if it’s a pointless effort, I’ll pursue it for all of us shareholders who’ve lost a lot.

$TOON So let's recap the shit news we had this week...some of it seems suspect but if Bill says it is legit then legit...because Bill is Andy in disguise. Okay, so we learned we got a shitty book published by TOON or someone related to TOON on Amazon. No one bought it...and one guy reviewed it. Apparently a real book on Hundred Acre Wood almost 15 months before release. Then we also learned about a "shell" company of TOON's called WTP Production LLC. They are selling HAW:WTP Merch that looks like equally suspect and cheap as fuck. Looks like someone took a bag and slapped a graphic on it using Photoshop. And now they are selling this stuff apparently. No mention of any of this by Andy/TOON in their ER (Bill will correct me on this...he reads that stuff for fun) and none of us regulars here talked about it last year or maybe we did. But this is basically what we are dealing with 4 months from release day. Good grief...

$TOON I sent an email to Investor relations about Andy's Producer Fee's. Of course, I'm not a guy who knows how to write proper emails about these things but I used the help of Copilot. In particular, I've asked Investor Relations to answer 4 questions: 1) Why are producer fees being granted to the CEO at this time? 2) How is this compensation structure justified given the company’s financial performance? 3) What safeguards exist to prevent conflicts of interest in executive compensation decisions? 4) How the board is ensuring that leadership compensation aligns with shareholder value creation? F*ck Andy...this is a seriously low blow...I don't care if he took $12 dollars or $1M... this is just WRONG!!

$TOON the CEO production payment 12.5k per show w/o limitation is outrageous. If done via external its OK, fire if show is bad. But here? Extra payment for unvalidated work .. nope.

$TOON I get it when GFM went bankrupt, they never pivoted the projects to new line producers or production companies. You just want a straight up are those projects canned or not, frankly I don’t know. If you want I’ll spend 15-20 minutes tomorrow and see what I can dig up.

$TOON When will Andy adress SP loss of -99.90%? How does Andy, the CEO, lose -99.9% of SP and continue awarding himself millions in salaries and bonuses? Is TOON a publicly traded company in the stock market? Does Andy, owe a fiduciary duty to shareholders? What happened to all his promises about growth over the years, profitability, revenue, cash balance, IP ownership, deadlines?!? Why SP is falling even after getting a settlement higher than the entire market cap of TOON? Will Andy write another letter to ‘his dear fellow shareholders’ explaining why SP has lost -99.90%, instead of telling stories for children how he worked with this or that celebrity! Salary cuts, buybacks! SP! Fiduciary duty!

$TOON My wife and I were watching the series 12 Monkeys on Amazon Prime, and she noticed that Amazon was recommending products related to the show while she was checking out. It got me thinking about how big this could be for WTP. The convenience factor could be a game changer. Parents could discover and purchase WTP merchandise like plushies, books, and other products without having to go out of their way to search for them. It shortens the gap between a child wanting something they saw on the show and a parent actually buying it. Of course the biggest factor is still how good the show is and whether it resonates with the little ones. If the show connects with kids and the merchandise is readily available, i could see Toon finally hitting on all cylinders

$TOON Andy Hayward, this poor absentee owner has basically given up. His stock price is priced less than cash. That’s the markets’ way of saying there’s no way in the world you can accomplish anything with this company going forward. They are pricing his company as being insolvent, knowing that he is flush with cash. Shareholders should’ve been given that money instead of Andy Hayward. Shorts manipulated the stock, then a reverse split, it was drastic ; the courts awarded them the malfeasance of what was done to the stock price. Only Andy Hayward was rewarded with compensation. Shareholders are left out in the cold yet again. I’m giving this company two years before insolvency. I’ve lost about $350,000 so I don’t care if I lose another 20,000 by seeing this go to zero If he wants to lose his company, I’m willing to lose whatever money I have remaining in this investment. I’m not selling because I don’t wanna give him the satisfaction of forcing me to sell. SPAC TRASH!

$TOON I strongly believe that if Andy died the share price would double on the news. Prove me wrong Andy.

$TOON Mainframe’s YouTube channel just hit 2 Million total views since I last posted about the 1 million milestone back in mid August. They’re steadily rebuilding their audience, now up to 33.6K subscribers. It’s great to see the momentum continuing to build, and I’m excited to see how they leverage this growing audience as they transition from work-for-hire toward more original IP. With Immortals & The Shadow Realm and Ghost Town on the horizon, there’s a lot of potential here. Looking forward to seeing Mainframe turn this growing platform into an even bigger asset for Kartoon Studios

$TOON Andy gets paid millions in salaries and bonuses for losing -99.91% of SP. He ‘manages’ to lose SP valuation even after winning a settlement higher than the entire market cap of TOON. This level of mismanagement is unlikely for any CEO excercising basic due diligence in compliance with his fiduciary duties to shareholders. Perhaps Andy will address this in his next letter to ‘Dear Fellow Shareholders’ when asking for ‘patience’ to increase SP value! Only 0.09% of patience left from the SP loss of -99.91%!!!!!

$TOON So yesterday was the 100th anniversary of the Winnie the Pooh book. I didnt see any type of PR from TOON. Did I miss something? Seems like a missed opportunity to make the public aware of what's coming....or is it!!!

$TOON Andy has the nerve to ask in his letter to ‘dear fellow shareholders’ for patience as if having lost -99.90% of SP is not enough of patience?! What about excercising his legally binding fiduciary duty and have Andy excercise a -99.90% reduction of his earnings, and shareholders will ask him to be patient. What a lowlife CEO is Andy. Making millions while destroying SP in a publicly traded company is a contradiction in any logic. You make money when you increase value as a CEO!? You dont, if you lose -99.90 of SP!!!

$TOON Strategic shift into producing more of their own content really means more producer fees for Heyward since they have all that settlement cash now. Before August Heyward only received producer fees for content he helped produce if the production cost was 100% financed by a third party and it was capped at $650,000 a year. Now he receives producer fees for everything and there is no longer any annual cap.

$TOON It’s Andrew getting renewed for Season 2 just months after launching in Canada (Dec) and Australia (June) is a strong signal. 20M+ viewing minutes on ABC iview alone shows why doubters judging success by YouTube views are missing the bigger picture. With international rights Kartoon has a real opportunity to capitalize on this demand through distribution and licensing. Now they just need to execute and turn it into revenue. Hopefully they dont fumble this ip like theyve done so far to my Bee and Puppycat

$TOON Maybe Heyward will start caring about the stock price a little bit next year. Starting July 2027 if a NYSE or NYSE American stock closes below 25 cents even for just 1 day then it is immediate suspension and delisting. No cure period and likely no appeal.

$TOON Honestly who the fuck of us lost over 90% holding and voted for this? RIGGED. Retailers are majority and lost our ass and yet eveything time those bs got passed. SEC need to take a good look into this bullshit company and put someone in jail. I hope AH burns in hell or die in prison
